Lanang Aplaya Resort — Attraction in Davao City

Lanang Aplaya Resort is in a good area close to the Pearl Farm jetty, it has a nice stretch of beach with clear views over to Samal Island. Some effort has been made with the entrance area and there is a small shop, other than that there are picnic cottages { Nippa hut style } and tables and chairs available. There is one billiard table and a net for volleyball.

This though is a local resort for local people, the children will swim, the guys will have a few drinks and the ladies will busy themselves with their picnic style food which they will have brought with them, and then everyone will just sit about. This how people pass their weekends Philippines style.

Nice place, cleaner than Beach club nearby. I wanted to have lunch, but restaurant was closed. Bought some snacks at the reception. The water is very shallow. You can walk out quite a bit and not get your knees wet. Perfect for kids. If you want to swim, better check the tides first and go there at high tide.
