Tambisaan Beach is a hidden gem in Boracay, offering a more tranquil and laid-back atmosphere compared to the busier White Beach. The beach is less crowded, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy the natural beauty of Boracay without the hustle and bustle. The water is clear, and the beach is clean, with fine white sand that's ideal for a relaxing day under the sun. It's also a great spot for snorkeling, with some beautiful coral formations and marine life just a short swim from the shore. One of the highlights of Tambisaan Beach is its local charm. You’ll find a few small eateries and shops run by friendly locals, offering fresh seafood and snacks at reasonable prices. It’s a nice way to experience a more authentic side of Boracay. The only downside is that it's a bit off the beaten path, so getting here might require a tricycle ride or a bit of a walk. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, Tambisaan Beach is definitely worth the visit.

This was the best snorkeling on Boracay Island!!! And, one of my top snorkeling places ever! Of our 6 hours here, I was face down in the water for about 4 of them! There is an abundance of sea anemones, clown fish, and lots and lots of other tropical fish and live coral. Some highlights include a sea slug, black eel, black and white banded sea snake, lots of starfish all different colors including blue, red, yellow, brown, etc. There were lots of schools of fish and also these fish that hung out in small groups of about 6 and looked like greenish feathers hanging vertically in the water. Also saw this fish that is about 5 -6 inches long with a white skiny body that looked skeleton like and the head of a seahorse (may be a seahorse) but it was laying flat on a rock not wrapped around anything and didn't have the body of a seahorse... saw 2 of these. At low tide, I was floating about 3 feet above the reef in many spots. Gorgeous!

The waves were big at the time of our visit so we were not able to do any snorkeling. This area feels like the remote part of Boracay with the absence of shops, etc. There is an eatery here that serves buffet and seems to be where the ocean deposits debri (twigs, seaweed, etc.) There’s green moss growing on the rocks on the shore. Still a beautiful spot, I think it’s best to go here when the weather is calm because snorkeling is what is enjoyable here. To add: souvenirs for sale here are more expensive as compared to the souvenir stalls along Stations 3 and 4. For example, the ref magnet at Tambisaan beach cost p75. At the stalls in white beach along Station 3, it was only for p50.

Tambisaan Beach – A Peaceful, Secluded Spot in Boracay

We had the chance to pass by Tambisaan Beach on our way to Bolabog Beach Resort, and it’s a hidden gem worth visiting! Located near the Tambisaan Jetty Port, this secluded beach offers a quiet escape from the crowded tourist areas of Boracay.

What to Expect: • Peaceful Atmosphere – Perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy nature without the usual crowds. • Clear Waters & Scenic Views – Ideal for a quick stop to appreciate the beautiful coastline. • Nearby Port – Convenient if you’re arriving or departing from Tambisaan Jetty Port.

Getting There: We chartered a multicab for ₱350, which made the trip smooth and convenient. It’s a great option if you’re exploring different parts of the island.

If you’re looking for a quiet and scenic spot off the beaten path, Tambisaan Beach is definitely...
