Absolutely lovely hotel. Went there for 2 days and the rooms were spacious with a large bathroom and kitchen. We used the diamond designer suite and it was absolutely amazing with a wonderful view on the balcony. The floor was a textured tiled floor that surprised me but was good. One other thing to note was the front office, dining area, and pool have a very awesome medieval theme to it with statues of knights, castles, and even a sword in the stone. As a lover of the fantasy and medieval, I wish even the rooms had the same aesthetic. But it always made me happy walking into that first area. I only had 3 issues with the place: -the shower barely gets any hot water, so you'll be taking some mildly cold showers. -Our room had a bit of an ant problem, as we saw them on the floors, walls, and even on the bed. -The area is very sprawled out, so you'll be walking a lot through the humidity to get from the front desk to your room. The hotel carrier service can drive all the way up to the base of the stairs at each tower but only expect that if they've already picked you up from somewhere in boracay, and you just had to stop at the front office to pick up your key. However, I would imagine this service to be available for those who have disabilities. During our time we could not visit the personal beach, so not comment on that, and it is located a bit out of the way from the central area and D-mall, but the shuttle service will be able to take you there no problem.

A cozy suite except so many cockroaches in the room. In our three days stay, we saw five cockroaches crawling on the floor near the kitchen and the closet. Three of them are BIG cockroaches. I promised that they are different ones, because we killed three of them by scandals collected from the small private beach. When we thought we finally cleaning up all of them, they appeared again and again, which made us feel disgusted In addition, we also saw a terrifying GIANT spider in the room. I think the resort onwer she defaunate regularly, otherwise your guests will be always on tenterhooks in the room which supposed to be relaxing. Though the resort is so remote, you can take a walk for 10 minutes to get some real local street food in the local resident area. Those restaurant aren't show on the Google maps. They also provide a on call free shuttle bus to dmall and jetty port, if you don't have local number in Philippines, you can call them via Facebook messenger. However, sometimes they will miss your call and you have to rent a etrike by ourselves. The portion of breakfast looks like a child meal. The private beach is so tiny and the wave is very strong. It's too dangerous to swim there. Except all the cons, the garden with speaking birds and the clean and big swim pool are great

Lingganay Boracay Hotel Resort is super amazing! The swimming pools use saltwater, so it feels natural and refreshing when you swim. And the gardens are huge and beautiful, perfect for taking a slow walk and feeling close to nature while enjoying luxury. The rooms all have incredible views – either the blue ocean stretching far, or the pretty scenery below. The rooftop view is even more special, with sunsets and stars that will totally amaze you. But it's not just about the views – the resort's design is really cool too. They mixed modern style with local touches, making it feel fancy yet also connected to our culture. The resort goes above and beyond to make you feel special. They treat you like a VIP, with personal service and even guessing what you need before you ask. I'd easily give it a 5-star rating because they make sure your stay is fantastic. Lingganay Boracay Hotel Resort isn't just a place to sleep. It's like a journey that wakes up your senses, makes you feel happy, and shows you how wonderful a luxury vacation can be.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my family (booked a suite with 2 bedrooms, up to 5 people)....the suite was great (except we only had one tiny soap and one sachet of shampoo in each bathrooms); awesome view from our balcony; 2 pretty cool pools; and a private beach ( which is accessible by going down, down, down so many steps, not bad going down, but coming back up, wheewwww, a lot of climbing to do!) The place was awesome I can say that, but in a country where there are so many HRM graduates every year, they can do a lot better with their Front Desk Staff, who are so pretty clueless of what they are doing, and do not know basic calculation in Math. They tried to be friendly and courteous but boy, they'll try to empty your wallet with their ridiculous charges of supposedly extra person in your room and extra charges for the breakfast buffett which is by the way always running out of something, like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Let me start with my niece situation....... they booked online for a Standard Room for 2 people ( around P2,500/night), they thought that was a really good deal....when they got there, they were told that only "one person" was printed on the "whatever sheet" (which by the way, they won't show you)..... my niece had her daughter with her which makes them 2 people, and the Standard Room was for 2 people. Now the clueless Clerks, one of them I remembered the name, Dion (probably fullname Dionisia) argued that my niece had to pay extra for her daughter. Believe me, we spent probably 2 hours at least, trying to explain to Ms. Dion that the Standard Room is for 2 people, why should my niece had to pay extra for her daughter when they booked online for 2 people for this room. She kept saying that only one person was listed on the printout, we asked if we could see this printout, we were told "No" because it's their policy. They wouldn't let my niece and daughter in if they don't pay another P2,500. Since they were already in a long delayed flight from Manila, too tired to argue for another 2 hours, they just paid the amount they asked, which made the price of their Standard Room for 2, P5,000/night. Ridiculous!!! Now, my situation: we got charged for extra person also even though we booked for a suite for 5 people. When we checked in, it was ok that there were 5 of us, but when I went back to the Front Desk to complain about our breakfast voucher that was only 4, she charged me extra for the 5th person. This is how she calculated: P310.00 x 1 person = P1,310.00 /person /day ... I asked why is P310.00 times 1 = P1,310.00? Ms. Dion explained that P310.00 is the price for breakfast and P1,000 is for payment for extra person in the suite. So, it cost P1,310.00 to eat breakfast at their hotel, and since we stayed for 3 days, she charged us P3,930.00 for the supposedly extra person. I Will Not Recommend this hotel to my family, relatives, and friends. They will rip you off with extra charges. They need more training with their Math calculations and Basic Knowledge on how to please your customers. We're happy with the place but not with the Front Desk Staff. Will...

After our stay in a Diamond Suite in 2016 which was outstanding and a true paradise for us we decided to come back this year for one whole month and of course we had the same high expectations. The start was a little bit so so : We had to request for everyday housekeeping (which is not standard) and removing the garbage (because of the many ants) had to have a broken TV replaced and had some broken window shades replaced so nobody was able to look into te bedroom. Also we were a littlest disappointed about the scene. The nice helipad and the beautiful fountains were not working anymore and 1 swimming pool with had a stunning view over the ocean was gone. WiFi was and still is a NoGo. You will receive a voucher for 1-2 or 3 days which only can be used on 1 router. It's so slow and sometimes with heavy rain not working all||This should be really improved. With 2 people and 3 devices we needed almost 30 vouchers. We do understand is was OFF season but every time we went to the restaurant for dinner we heard : NOT HAVE , NOT HAVE ( During the whole months there was no fish and pork available ) That being sad : We still had a great en relaxing time and we enjoyed our room with a stunning view and our own private beach. The staff was helpful ( as long as you ask them ) and we had a very pleasant time with the drivers since we invited them for a boodle fight on our expenses in their own private place which was an experience not to forget. Will we back ? No, but this has nothing to do with the resort. Boracay is not the same anymore as it was before. There is nothing going on on the beaches anymore and nothing is allowed. No more filedansers, no more sandcastles, no more music , no more beach dining NOTHING. This island will be dead soon and no more tourists will be coming. Such a shame.||The local authorities do exactly the opposite of what is needed for this island and especially...
