I can see why this resort has a 2.9 star review rating on booking.com The best part about this 'resort' was the complimentary breakfast. There was a decent selection of food however majority of the food was filipino food which might not accomodate everyone's wants. Upon arrival at the Cagban port the e-trike drivers did not know the location and were not familiar with the name of the resort. Throughout our whole stay it was a struggle to get a cheap and reliable e-trike. We were overcharged 3 times as they don't have passengers to pick up from our resort going into d-mall. And the free shuttle of the resort only runs twice a day 11am and 8pm going into dmall. Very inconvenient times. Checking in process was smooth, but we were lead to a room that did not have our room requests on it (we booked for a sea view room with a balcony). We were put in the bottom room and I had to ask to be changed to a different room. Also bear in mind, there is NO sea view from any of the rooms here. All of the rooms are facing the pool and a building. There is a beachfront but it is primarily a port for the boats so there is not much relaxing on the beach. The description of this place completely lies on the website so be aware of that. We had a leak in the hose of the bathroom sink which should not have happened in the first place! We asked maintenance to fix this. When he came to our room he didn’t bring any tools with him or anything and just put a towel down and said yep fixed… most certainly was NOT fixed. When we came home later that night the towel was DRENCHED and water was leaking throughout the bathroom again. We had to ask again to get it fixed and it was finally fixed this time with a hose replacement. On our first day there we placed the 'please make up room' sign on our door thinking that our room would have been cleaned by the time we left. Nope... we were gone from the room for 6+hours and the room had not been touched. From then as well we had to ask them to clean our room but even then it was not clean so we did not ask anymore. With both times that we asked to clean the room I noticed that there was still some sort of water stain to the left of the tv unit AFTER they had supposedly cleaned the room.. which tells me that a mop was barely used at all. With that, they provide mugs but no coffee sachets or tea sachets to put in them?! And when we asked about this they said "no we don't provide that but you can bring food and use our dishes free of charge". To be honest, my partner and I have never been to an accomodation where coffee sachets, dishes, and cutlery were not free of charge.

The rooms are spacious and the stay is affordable. Nice layout of the resort, too. It has a swimming pool in front of the rooms plus the beach right outside the property. But this is not located at the stations. So while the sand is white, it's not as fine as in the white beach area of Boracay. But it's peaceful here. So quiet, like a retreat. You can juat request for the shuttle to bring you to white beach. Food choices are limited though plus service is not so good. For budget travelers to Boracay, this is okay.

I've been to this resort 7 years ago and it looked at its best now . I am glad that they re-opened the resort again. This place in Tambisaan Beach has never failed to disappoint me coz I truly want a place away from the busy center part of the island . For me privacy is luxury and I found it in this place .

It's our first time in Boracay and I chose the Feliness because of its very affordable overnight price. What I'm looking for is a cheap resort with pool and in beachfront. Feliness is a big catch since I got it for only 2600.00 for two nights including breakfast thru Agoda. The resort is very far from the main boracay beach which are the station 1,2,3 but this will not be a problem since they have free shuttle back and forth to D'Mall in every hour. All you need to do is make an appointment on the reception for your preferred travel to D'mall which took every hour till 9pm and going back to the resort you just need to be on the D'Mall at exact time on the schedule or else you will need to catch the next hour sched because they do not wait on D'mall (you need to catch the shuttle once they pass by). ||The Feliness is owned by Korean and Korean are their common guest. ||Tip. Book the room near the reception to have better access to their wifi. ||PROS: With free breakfast not only for two adult but also for our kid. Have free shuttle to the main beach. Big room with complimentary bottled water and tv with cable channel, electric kettle and mini ref to store your drinks. ||CONS: Only bad thing that we encountered was that they will open your room without your advise that left us stunned for the first time since they also forgot to lock our room door. The room doesn't have a safety box so our things was left on the room with us feeling secured that it was locked only to find out when we returned that they went inside to turned off the aircon I guessed since there was no electricity when we go outside that afternoon. I told the event to one of the employee the next day (since we don't really lose anything I'm not that mad), I just want to tell them that they forgot to close our door and there are some other guest that can access our room without us all knowing. ||All in all, our stay at Feliness was wonderful and I will recommend it to others who want to stay in a resort with a pool and...

We checked-in about 4pm and needed to call a maintenance man to assist us with the room safe as it wasn’t working.During that time my partner was on her iPhone texting her sister to let her know that we had arrived safely.I put our passports and money in the safe and we decided to go exploring so my partner put her mobile in her bag on a seat and we locked the door and handed it into the reception.Upon return to our room after about 2 hours we collected the key and unlocked the door to our room, my partner went immediately to check her iPhone to txt her sister again but found it was missing!!!||I immediately notified the staff and then contacted the police to report it...we went to the police station and they assisted us to re-locate to Calipso resort within close proximity to the police station.||After endless visits to the police station and department of tourism in boracay we finally had a meeting with feliness resorts duty manager and one of the Korean owners....they never apologised to us regarding their lack of security and responsibility towards this matter and to a point even accused us of fabricating this criminal act.I was disgusted by their attitude and even though they said they would refund us for our 5 night stay I refused it as we should have been compensated for the stolen iPhone not to mention the ruined stay on the island.||Even though I refused the refund Booking.com sent me a refund which I’m thankful to them for however I feel a complete injustice has been served and I’m so disgusted by the resorts lack of responsibility not to mention how we have been treated over...
