This is one of the relatively newer condominiums in Cubao located along Aurora Boulevard beside the National College of Business Administration (NCBA). Infina is a DMCI built and managed property.
There are two towers , the North and South Towers. There are two swimming pools, a playground, a trampoline, walking/jogging trail, and landscaped grounds to walk your furbabies. There are seating areas grouped together spread around the big lobby, lots of elevators that service all levels and also ample parking spaces at the basement. It is a gated community with sufficient visible security guards on duty.
The Administration office, convenience store, parcel delivery & pickup area are also located in the basement.
Infina is not within the Araneta Center but is just a jeepney ride away to popular malls such as Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, SM Cubao and etc. It is also quite near the Katipunan area. You can do your groceries at the nearby Hi-Top which has a good variety of brands and items to choose from at reasonable prices. They also have regular deals or promos such as their Buy 1 Take 1 items.
There are also several banks in the area, fast food chains such as Chowking, McDonald's and eateries to cater to your cravings or daily meals.
Rental units are reasonably priced and in accordance to...

DMCI started construction on two towers directly adjacent to us. It kills our view of Antipolo and Marikina , The next 6+ years of construction 7 days a weeks 10 + hours a day. The smell and noise is very annoying. Once the construction is complete. Our Amenities area will get little or no sun during the greater part of the day. Several of the residents let their dogs poop and urinate where they please and don't bother to clean it. Many and I do mean many residents don't adhere to the rules of cohabitation and are very disrespectful to others and the common areas. The Airbnb people make and...
Read moreAll of the positive reviews are from people who don’t even live here. If you’re a resident, things are very different. First, the staff at the office are so rude and inefficient. They purposely did not give me my disconnection notice on time so that I had to pay 1000 pesos for a “reconnection” fee which I’m pretty they were tasked to do to get more money from residents. This is not my first horrible experience with the office. Also, the guards by the gate are so unfriendly and unprofessional even if they clearly know you are a resident. Buy properties elsewhere unless they change their management...
