That girl cashier was rude to my husband last night. We arrived there at 9pm. He was trying to place an order and noticed the note from the Kiosk stating about cash payments. So he proceeded to the cashier and asked for assistance and inquired. He told her that he will pay using the card and the cashier just shrugged, dismissing his question without further clarification then proceeded to speak with other staffs. He patiently waited until she's available again and tried to ask if there were other mode of payments available. Whenever he tried to talk to her, she talks to other people. Deliberately ignoring him again.
He tried to order for that whole wasted 15 minutes! So we just decided to quietly leave. We would really appreciate it if you could train your staff again and learn about good manners. He wasn't even rude for her to act like that! We respect service crews that works really hard which is why we did not escalate the matter last night, but this is unacceptable as well. We bought 1 Sweet Sour fish fillet for me, dumpling chao fan for my son and siomai chao fan for my husband. Our house was just 5-7 minutes away and because we were hungry already, we dug into the brown boxes as soon as we arrived home. It was very disappointing for a hungry hard-working family to end the day with oily room temp rice that went with the fish fillet. The rice was cooked but it my teeth cannot bite into it, you would think it was never cooked. Rice of chao fan was better but was swimming in grease. The dumpling was no longer crispy and my son thought it was cooked yesterday. Sad.....never again! Back to...

There’s also a lack of clear instructions. A simple signage above the kiosks to inform customers to enter their orders first before heading to the cashier would’ve helped reduce the confusion.
What really stood out was the lack of urgency from the manager on duty. Despite the chaos and visible sanitation issues, they seemed completely unbothered. Definitely not the kind of dining experience...
