KAMARIN BAY GRILL AND RESTAURANT — Restaurant in San Fernando

A gem outside of San Fernando directly on the beach road. Kamarin Bay Grill is a small, very clean, restaurant with a super friendly owner and his staff. Once you enter you feel already welcome. My favorite place is the natural table in front, spacious and comfortable. The food is extraordinary, tasty and good looking for the eye. Once you order your food please allow the chef some time, because ALL dishes will be prepared fresh on demand, at the end this not a fast food restaurant. We ordered the Crispy Pata, Liempo, Pampona Sweet/Sour and the owner’s recommendation of Pancit from Tuguegarao. We had never such good food in a long time. The Crispy Pata was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Liempo was cooked on a grill juicy and you can taste the BBQ flavor. The fried Pampona was cooked on the spot, crunchy skin and moist on the inside. What flashes me was the Pancit, nothing what I had before. Al dente egg noodles mixed with minced meat and strips of Lechon Kawali with veggies and an egg on top. Thanks for the recommendation. If you think this all is very pricy then I have to disappoint you. At Kamarin Bay Grill you find excellent food for an affordable price. Ordered here last week of March. Nothing wrong with the food, very short staffed lang. 3 lang ata nagtratrabaho non. They need more manpower especially on weekends or holidays. We expected na nasa 2 hours lang yung cooking time but we waited for 4 hours for our take-out of 2 "small" bilao. Twice or thrice kami bumalik. Pagtingin naman namin sa isang table na may bagong group naserve yung pagkain nila, mas madami pa silang order kesa samin. Dapat pala ata nag dine-in nalang kami.
