We had an overall enjoyable visit in this mall on Christmas Day, but unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the behavior of the parking staff. As tourists, we arrived around 9:35 AM, just before the mall's opening at 10:00 AM, and entered the parking lot. There was no staff at the ticket booth, so we assumed parking was free, much like our first visit. We also noticed that the car in front of us didn’t see any staff at the booth.
However, when we left the mall at around 1:40 PM, we were told to pay a 30 peso parking fee and hand over a ticket, which we didn’t have. We agreed to pay the fee and explained that nobody gave us a ticket upon entry due to the lack of staff at the booth. The female staff member then demanded a payment of 180 pesos instead, presumably convinced that we lost the ticket. Of course we didn't agree easily.
This is where things got uncomfortable. A male security guard, likely in his 50s, tall, moreno, and slim, rudely interrupted the conversation. He insinuated that we were lying and trying to scam them, blaming us sarcastically for not reading the signage when the lapse actually came from their end. His attitude was uncalled for and unnecessary, especially when we were just trying to explain our situation. It’s such a shame that, despite the generally polite staff at the mall, this particular guard's behavior left a negative impression. His conduct really tarnished the otherwise good reputation of the mall.
It’s unfortunate that such experiences can overshadow the positive aspects of a visit, and it’s something the mall should address for...

The favorite "go to" mall of tagaytay goers nowadays. The place is quite crowded, but I admire the strong implementation of face masks and face shields by the security personnels. Every establishments provide sanitary precautions and updatea for their customers.
The only thing that bothers me was their lack of QR stations every point of entry per establishments. I mean, I get it. They follow strict rules of registering for contact tracing purposes. But the idea of not having a QR Code that can be scanned, and instead a broad sheet of paper and a ballpen which will be used by everyone entering these establishments defeats the purpose of social distancing. QR Codes are very convenient, and must be prioritized. These sheets of paper and a "publicly handled ballpen" must be for those who doesn't have smartphones, but who doesn't have one...

The shopping mall is a great place. International tourists and even locals come here. I can't speak for all the shops or restaurants as far as customer service is concerned and their pleasant "can-do" attitudes, but I like walking around where air is fresh. I have met with a few managers and store owners ... and they were pretty chill and conversational. Today, I asked the security guards in blue if Tourists from America were welcomed here. The kind and pleasant guard responded, "Yes, they are always welcomed here." ☺️ Bus, Bukyo, Tricycles, taxi bays, can all be found here. Parking is free outside. There is a parking garage. Parking inside the garage, I think is free. If not, the price is no more than 30-50 pesos. Cheap 😁. Anyways, Just a great...
