S&R New York Style Pizza — Restaurant in Tagaytay

👎👎👎👎👎ALERT!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Here is the scenario: upon entering the store we are happily looking forward to eat a sumptuous meal because SNR Pizza is a family favorite. I placed an order present the membership card at 5:10 PM to the crew who takes my order. To cut the story short, upon receiving our orders we asked for additional condiments since we have ordered a whole pizza, but the dining crews always make us felt that we are not a customer, there is always a side comment in every respectful polite request that we have ask to them. We are wondering because the other tables was assisted by them wholeheartedly. We have decided to take out our order because we really felt that we are discriminated. To give chance to the dining guys maybe they are tired. I asked politely if we can take out our order he just told to me sarcastically pointing his lips to the counter and said: " dun po oh kung magpapatake out kayo, ipatali nyu dun" for the last time, I felt that we are not a customer, because the second customer who ask him right after me was assisted properly. We fix our table didn't leave any mess and leave the store. But it's really DISAPPOINTING AND DISCRIMINATING. wish they have a hotline for customer service to report their sarcasm and rudeness to the customers! Please give action to your service. It is our go-to place for big-sized pizzas. I love the service in this branch in Ayala Malls Serin. The staff are very courteous and always lend a helping hand. They also use the PWD/Senior Citizen lane effectively. They allow that counter to be used by regular patrons when there is no one to serve who has a PWD/senior Citizen's Card.

With great service like that, we commend the branch Manager and the Management behind the training. Excellent in all aspects -- store cleanliness (C.R. included) and kitchen efficiency. They will tell you how long you have to wait for a slice of pizza. That is great since we understand that the food is wonderful and the place is so popular. #realttorney #theTagaytayGuy...

Been here a lot of times because this is the only snr branch near me. All I can say is that the service is really bad. They give u an estimated time on when your order will be ready, then, when u come to follow up the order, your order is either not yet ready making u wait more than expected, or your order is already ready at the rack they just didnt announce it. I've had this problem with this branch every time I order there and it doesnt seem like it's improving. Also while waiting in line, it takes so long because they prepare dine in orders in the counter. As a result, you need to wait for a long time just to be able to pay for your order then you have to wait again for your order. This branch...
