Everything about this restaurant is superb! ❤️ i guess the reviews I've read never lies. We went here last April 13, it was my mom's birthday. First, the restaurant is near Olivarez / Rotonda. It was raining that time. I felt kind of down because my original plan is to walk from our condo up to here, but when we arrived, the staff was nice. I was kind of nervous as well because it was my first time to bring my mom in this kind of restaurant 😂 lol Ambience inside was great, very classy and like a traditional Filipino house. The staff greeted us with a smile despite the rainy weather. One thing that I wasn't expecting is that they don't have any pastries here, so I had to order through Foodpanda and have it delivered there. Lol The good thing is that unlike other restaurants that have corkage fees if you bring food. Here? They don't which is why I'm so relieved. The food we ordered was just good for four persons. We had their bangus belly & tofu sisig, w/c 10/10 so tasty and generous serving and Original Kare-kare 10/10. When we didn't consume everything, we politely ask the server to put it in a take home bag, w/c they gave us bagoong for free 😂 Also, the kind staff 'Kuya JC' gave us free bulalo soup too ❤️ Now, this is what I like the most about our experience in Pamana, the cake had arrived, and politely ask Kuya JC for a lighter so we can sing my mom a birthday song lol. Instead of giving us the lighter, he then went inside and we were shook because he changed the whole restos music into a Happy birthday song. All of the staff sing along with us, some of them are dancing and greeting my mom 🥹. My heart is so full that time, it wasn't part of my plan on her birthday but thank you so much for making my mom's birthday so special, Pamana ❤️ Kudos to all of your staff! We will surely dine here again ❤️

I recently visited PAMANA, and it completely shattered my expectations! At first glance, I thought it was just a typical Pasalubung store for tourists, but as I ventured inside, I discovered a charming restaurant called TSOKOLATERIA. This delightful combo store is a treasure trove of beautiful household items and kitchen wares that made me fall head over heels! I was so tempted to fill my suitcase with all the lovely things I saw, but I had to hold back—my luggage was already at its limit! The moment I stepped into Viranda, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is homely, and the view is simply breathtaking. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer. Honestly, if it weren’t for the amazing food, I might have just set up camp there! Speaking of food, it was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a delightful surprise, perfectly complementing the cozy vibe of the restaurant. And let’s not forget the chocolate drink! The waiter had to “bati” the chocolate to bring out its rich flavor, which had my girlfriends and me in stitches. Who knew “bati” could sound so funny in a group of four FILIPINO girls? It was a memorable moment that added to the charm of our experience. A huge shoutout to our fabulous waiters, who made our visit even more enjoyable with their attentive service and warm smile. They truly made us feel at home and were always ready with recommendations. Thank you for making our day brighter! In conclusion, if you find yourself in the area, don’t miss out on PAMANA. Whether you’re hunting for unique souvenirs or just in the mood for delicious food, this place has it all—and a little extra laughter too!

A Family Tradition: 01 Welcoming of the staff. There was no reception staff who guided us since we booked a table. They know how to accept reservation. 02 Menu presentation. The menu was impressive. 03 Taking of drinks. There was no suggestive selling. 04 Serving of drinks. We need to call the Waiter just to serve water. The glasses were goblet and comes from a carafe. 05 Ambiance. It was like you are in a house but it needs cleaning. The toilet was dirty. 06 Table set up. It was impressive with high centerpiece. Cutleries and chinaware were clean. 07 Taking of food orders. We were not guided since it was our first time. 08 Serving of food. It was based on sequence but no presentation. The fish tied with lemongrass needs to be cut by a service staff. I need to get fork at the nearby table by myself coz no staff seems to care. 09 Service during the meal. Cutleries were not complete even after they served the food. The service was bad although they charge service charge. 10 Suggestive selling. Staff lacks training. 11 Prices of the food. It was reasonable. 12 Billing presentation. It was accurate. 13 Bidding goodbye. No body cares. -Staff needs training and the food needs to rechecked. It's not really a place that you want to come back.
