The main mall so far in Bohol and the newest. It is undergoing constant updates which is a good thing. The mall is really quite nice and very much up to a medium sized US town mall, other than the abysmal parking situation. There are a wide variety of the usual chain stores, a nice theater, of course the almost always overcrowded grocery store in the basement and a few decent restaurants. The new eatery area on the 3rd floor is very spacious and attractive though the food served is very limited other than cafeteria Filipino style. In conclusion, everything you could want in a typical mall. But the paved parking lot is far too small and fills instantly, forcing vehicles to use the unpaved, gravel and mud lots on either side and across the street. Bring a pair of waterproof hiking boots if you visit during or after a rain, you will need them to maneuver the muddy lot to the mall. Watch out for big rocks and debris too. The parking places are absurdly small and difficult to park in without backing in. Perfect for sub compact...
Read moreA good budget option Sometimes I am tired of dining in traditional restaurants, I like to have something quick and cheap but still reasonable good. Then the Food Court in Island City Mall (ICM) is a good option for that purpose. The Food Court is located under ground floor near the supermarket. It's noisy, lively and lot's of people but the food is good. It's simple traditional Filipino food to very reasonable prices. You get two main dishes like Pork Humba, Chicken Adobo together with some additional vegetables, rice and a bottle of water for under PHP 200. The food is not always warm, so if you want it warm ask them to micro it for you. Yeah, I know how this might sound, but despite this the food is fresh and tasty. Hey! You get a meal for under PHP 200 after all!

Read moreIt has everything you need and more. I think it is the best mall in Bohol. I like it because it is a little bit outside of the city centre so parking and getting around is much easier and more relaxed.
The supermarket is great but be warned, depending when you go, you might be waiting in line at the cashier for a very long time.
The liquor store is great and cigarettes are cheaper there.
The department store itself has all the usual brands and you can find everything you would need there.
The mall also has a few jewelry shops, computer and gadgets stores, cell phone kiosks, sporting goods stores, clothing shops, and the usual eateries like JB, chow king, etc. and bakeries like red ribbon and goldilocks.
Outside the mall at night there are some barbecue places and a McDonalds is just down the street.
The mall isn’t like the SMS you see in bigger cities but it is definitely...
