Kidzooona Venice Grand Canal Mall — Attraction in Taguig

Our visit here is not pleasant. One of the staff Sheryl is not friendly. Did not smile. Not considerate of our yaya as she is not permitted to go outside no longer than 15mins to buy herself a water and go to a restroom. The distance between the restroom and the food hall in venice is long and it will take at least 25mins to complete the restroom and to buy a water. If ypu dont have to wait for the restroom. But Sheryl does not allow that and insists that we pay additonal since the reliever of our yaya is minor. We already paid 3hrs and 1additional adult. my sister is inside with her 3mos baby + our yaya with my 6yrs old niece. Our yaya just need a bathroom and water break since she was already there for 2 and half hours. We just have 30mins remaining and my 16yrsold niece will replace our yaya. But Sheryl did not understand this. Perhaps, she wanted our yaya to run from the bathroom then to the food hall to buy a water and not walk. Since when do we not extend the same courtesy and consideration we give to other people to our yaya? Is it because we dress simple and not have too.much.jewerly that Sherly does not give our yaya respect? We can pay additional that is not the issue. It's the the condescending way that Sheryl talked and not understand the "break" courtesy we provide to our yaya. This branch should have a bathroom inside and sell water bottles so people won't need to go outside anymore. They should also add in their policy that 15mins break only and will pay additional if you go...

Great place for kids to have fun and for parents & guardians to rest their weary feet. The establishment is spacious and has lots of activities for children to do. My nieces and nephews especially loved the ball pit and the trampoline areas. Entrance fee is affordable and cheaper compared to other play centers.

Please note that guardians must have vaxcerts or cards to be able to enter. Don't forget to bring socks too though they sell socks (25 Php) naman if you...

Place is dirty and smells like roaches 🪳 in every corner. Bangaw flies around the play area. We visited the place 2x already, we gave a chance since we thought the 1st time we visited it was just bad timing for cleanliness, sadly it is what it is, the place is really filthy :( the manager on duty (July 17) was not approachable also, not friendly and no demeanour at all :(
