Units do not have the best soundproofing especially between floors. Elevator is frequently on maintenance, and there are only 2 lifts servicing all residents. Policies are inconsistent between the different towers even if all are owned by Megaworld. There's also an occasional sewer smell outside. Guards and front desk people are friendly enough but overall admin service can be improved. Used to be inhabited by POGO employees, but some have left already.
Mall, restaurants, groceries & pharmacy are all accessible, however some areas are not pedestrian-friendly especially when it's raining, unless you have access to Venice tower bridgeway.
Ok for professionals working nearby, but not a top choice as a long-term residence...
Read morePlace is fine it is closer to BGC and one of the places where u will find skyscrapers having thousands of condominiums. This area is pretty expensive because lot of foreigners stay in this area for work. During night you will find people on the streets and few restaurants are open 24 hours a day. It is Mckinley Hills around 2 Km from BGC plenty of companies nearby. I would say this place is pretty safe. Venice mall is walkable from here...
