Don't even bother with this place. The reason I gave this 1 star is because there is ONLY an online option to buy tickets. Because I was using a european esim, I wasn't able to confirm my purchase for my online ticket. I asked the gentleman at the entrance if there was any other option. He rather rudely said NO and he would not accept any cash. The entrance fee is 2 euros. Online it forces you to use visa or debit etc... and you pay an extra euro for doing that so it ends up being 3 euros. I have no problem with the price. What I have a problem with is the rudeness of the employee and the fact that paying cash was not an option. Not EVERYBODY wants to pay for things online for such small amounts. It's ridiculous. Therefore as much as I was interested in visiting this reservoir, I could not. Thankfully this was my only crappy experience in Lisbon. Everything else has been good. I asked a family who went in to visit if it was worth it. They said for the 15 mins they spent in there, it should...
Read moreNice and not expensive visit. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and clear on their explanations. I had to buy the ticket on a website for a guided visit that was happening weekly on Thursdays. Not sure how the usual process is (if there is any). Probably it is the best to call them before going if you don't...
