JumpYard Lisboa — Attraction in Oeiras

Hosted a birthday party with Jump Yard recently. The kids loved it as it has a variety of activities to keep them busy. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and extremely efficient. There was always someone available to guide the kids from one place to the next. We had to keep changing the number of participants a few times and that was handled smoothly too. Email responses are slow and phone calls may not be answered immediately but someone calls you back for sure to resolve your query. The only part I didn't like was no availability of a water cooler for kids to have a drink between play. You need to buy water or drink from the bathroom! I wish the staff had reminded the kids to keep their water bottles with them before they locked all their stuff away for safekeeping. One of our guests had actually brought water with him in his backpack but we ended up buying water bottles as he couldn't access it between play time. Otherwise it was all great. Great place for children and adults [yes, it is also suitable for persons up to 130 kg]. Tips for you to know:

a/It is quite problematic to get there by public transport (-)b/There is no place to park a bicycle [the staff let me leave it inside] c/Bring a bottle of water per person, but don't drink too much before the entrance. On the other hand, you can buy it there, but for the double price. (!)d/The session starts at X:00, which means 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, etc. If you are late (example: 13.20), then you will have a shorter session (till 14.00) or you should wait till the end of the hour (14.00) e/JumpYard provides non-slip socks. f/For the 1st time one hour will be more than enough (-)g/There are no lockers.

The place is well organized and not crowded. As it is located close to Alegro shopping, things like food, water, and parking should not be a problem at all. 15 EUR is a medium price for this type of...

What can I say, our visit to Jumpyard Trampoline was nothing short of fantastic. We had an absolutely awesome time.

We came from Atlanta, Georgia in the US where we have Skyzone. Haven’t been there in years. We’ve been in Portugal for over a year. Being locked up in the house for the past two years because of the pandemic and then being in a new country, let’s just say, a trip to a trampoline park was well overdue.

The staff at Jumpyard delivered on all you might expect from a trip to a trampoline park. The staff was absolutely awesome, they were patient, supportive, encouraging and super helpful to my 11-year-old. He is working on overcoming his fears, courage and bravery, and the staff at Jumpyard was super helpful in helping him conquer his fears and encouraging him to push himself further.
