Dear Winter Wonderland Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. Yesterday, I visited Winter Wonderland with the hopes of enjoying a fun and memorable evening, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, while attempting to purchase tickets, the staff member accidentally filled double the amount of money I had requested. After waiting for approximately 23 minutes, the manager eventually corrected the mistake, but this delay prevented me from enjoying the rides for the full duration of my time at the park. This was at 9:50 pm. As well as I couldn't take my full time to play to win the banana toy from the staff's mistake that took away 23 minutes from my time, leaving me with few minutes to play the game to win the toy. Unfortunately due to that mistake causing me to loose my time I was in a hurry playing the game which I didn't win from the lack of time that he caused.
Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that despite the advertised closing time, the staff refused to allow me to ride the last attraction when I arrived at 10:20 pm. I had been looking forward to this ride all evening, and it was extremely frustrating to have missed out on it due to what I believe was a mismanagement of time and resources. And its all because of the mistake the staff have made making me loose my time.
Furthermore, I was disappointed to discover that Winter Wonderland only accepts credit card payments and that there was no notice of this policy provided on your website or at the ticket counter. As a result, I was forced to rely on my phone's battery life to make purchases, and when my phone died, I had to ask my husband to bring me a credit card to continue playing.
Lastly, the food service at Winter Wonderland was a significant issue for me. The wait time for food was over an hour and it wasn't crowded I was standing the second on the line, and when I attempted to order, I was informed that what I wanted was out of stock. The lady stopped taking orders and started preparing the food with her coworker. Furthermore, there were no available seats to enjoy my meal, and I had to wait an additional 14 minutes before I could sit down and eat.
Overall, my experience at Winter Wonderland was subpar, and I cannot recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made to the park's operations. I hope that you will take my complaints seriously and take action to improve your establishment's...
Read moreI visited with my siblings on New Yearâs Eve, and overall, it was an incredibly fun experience! We thoroughly enjoyed all the rides, and it was great to see plenty of options for kids. My younger brother had a fantastic time, and I appreciated that we could join him on some of the rides as well. Most of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. Also, the hot chocolate was absolutely amazingâone of the highlights of the night!
However, there were a few issues that need attention. On the Al Shamal ride, the staff seemed disorganized, and their attitude could use improvement. An argument broke out between one of the workers and the people waiting because they refused to let me join my friend in the fast lane, despite them regularly calling people from the normal line to join riders in the fast lane. I ended up waiting almost two hours, which was frustrating. Additionally, many people were skipping the lineâat least nine got ahead of usâand when we addressed it, they were rude. This made the wait even worse, so the line management definitely needs fixing.
Another concern was on the Ferris wheel, where guys were being paired with girls they didnât know. This is a safety concern that could easily escalate into a serious issue and should be addressed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
Despite these problems, I truly enjoyed my visit. The rides were fantastic, the hot chocolate was unforgettable, and there was a good variety of food stalls. I will most definitely visit again and hope these issues are resolved to make the experience...
Read moreI recently visited Lusail Winter Wonderland and I must say, it was a very disappointing experience. The park is overpriced, and for the hefty entry fee, I expected much more in terms of entertainment and quality. Unfortunately, that wasnât the case.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, which only made things worse. At 1.95m tall, I discovered that almost all the rides are restricted for anyone over 1.90m. This meant I essentially paid just to walk around the park with little to do. Itâs incredibly frustrating that this limitation wasnât made clear before purchasing tickets.
The food was another letdownâbland, overpriced, and very limited in variety. The games and attractions were also extremely limited and felt like they were designed to nickel-and-dime visitors at every turn. On top of that, there were far too many restrictions on what you could do, making the whole experience feel more like a chore than a fun day out.
To make matters worse, the plush toys and prizes are of terrible quality. Theyâre clearly made from cheap scraps and bad materials, which is shocking considering how much youâre paying to play. Winning one of these low-quality prizes feels more like an insult than a reward.
Overall, the gaming experience feels like a money grab, with no value in return. If youâre looking for fun and fair games or decent prizes, this is definitely not the place to go.
Overall, I wouldnât recommend this park to anyone, especially if youâre tall, value your money, or want a good customer experience. Save yourself the disappointment and...
