I had a very bad experience at this theme park. I visited the park with my entire family including my sisters family who were in Qatar from Dubai. While we went to collect our complementary snacks at F&B section of the park, there was a choice for Muffins and cookies. When we asked for the muffins, we were told by the staff that muffins is finished, although it was kept right infront of us in the kitchen, which we can see from where we were standing. When we pointed out that it is there, we were told that its expired. So we opted for the cookies instead. However, soon after we saw some guests being served the very same Muffins. Upon seeing this, we objected on why the expired muffins are being served to other guests. To this the staffs asked us to lower our voice. We were completely shocked with this abrupt behavior. F&B staffs kept on saying that the muffins are not expired, then we asked, why then it has not been served to us and we have been told that its expired. If the muffins were expired and being served to the guests, its a major lapse on management part undermining the health of its guests. Secondly, it was not; then the staffs lied to us or were instructed to do so or were prejudiced. The incident made our entire visit to this theme park experience very very bad. We went to spend a quality time, however the incident made the day very bad. Never anticipated this from a theme park situated is Doha Festival City. Will never ever visit or recommend to anyone. Be careful of what they serve on the name of...
Read moreSnow Dunes Qatar, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique experience this indoor snow park offered in the heart of Doha. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a winter wonderland complete with snow-covered slopes, ice sculptures, and a chill in the air that transported me far from the desert heat outside.
The variety of activities available catered to visitors of all ages and skill levels. Whether it was skiing and snowboarding on the slopes, tubing down the icy lanes, or building snowmen in the designated play areas, there was no shortage of ways to enjoy the snow-filled environment. The park's staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
One of the highlights of my visit was the Snow Park, where I could engage in snowball fights, ride on sleds, and simply revel in the joy of playing in the snow. The park's cozy cafes and lounges provided a welcome respite for warming up and enjoying hot beverages and snacks between activities. Overall, Snow Dunes Qatar offered a delightful escape into a winter wonderland right in the heart of the desert, making it a must-visit attraction for anyone looking to experience the magic of...
Read moreWas a very 1st and unique kind of experience for kids. Kids had a lot of fun, so did i. I will recommend to take own gloves for kids and kids have to play with snow and the gloves provided are thin to protect the hands from freezing. Other clothing is good. Excellent rides. Tickets available for full day and 2 hours time as well. Plus every tuesday has a special offer. So must check your plan accordingly. I think was 89 Qar for full day. 2 restaurants available inside the snow theme area. One restaurant is open, mean you can buy and sit in snow in open to enjoy your food. Other restaurant is also inside the snow area but its inside a room, and therefore safe from the freezing cold. If kids feeling cold, then this indoor restaurant is a best option to have a break, warm them up and have some quick food, like pizza, french fries, hot chocolate etc. Also washrooms available near this restaurant. Sometimes circuis also available during the day but this is not everyday. A must visit...
