Our child was born with a specific foot condition that only a specialized pediatric orthopedic consultant could look into. In 2021, we had a really bad experience at Sidra Hospital after which we gave up and left it in Allah's hands until recently when our son started complaining about foot pain. An orthopedic doctor at another medical center referred us to Dr. Bhatt and that changed everything for us.

We visited Dr. Bhatt today and I swear in the name of Allah whose hands my life is in, that never in our 08 years of living in Qatar have we ever seen a doctor spending this much amount of time with their patients.

Dr. Bhatt has a heart of gold combined with a level of generosity surpassing beyond what we've generally seen in other doctors here in Qatar. During consultation, he took his time to examine our son's foot and then shared with us each and every intricate detail about his foot condition, what potential factors might have caused it, what are the current imperfections, what remedies to take, what path-forward to adopt, and what strategy to follow. I am not exaggerating here, but after meeting Dr. Bhatt we were more knowledgeable and aware of our son's condition compared to what we had been told by all the past doctors combined since last 08 yrs. He described everything to us in a chronological manner that made perfect sense to us.

We have NEVER seen a doctor take such a keen interest in their patients and that too, on their very first consultation and are finally relieved that we are now in good hands and for that, we thank Dr. Bhatt from the core of our hearts for being our son's doctor from this point onwards.

I visited a general practitioner at your clinic on February 15, 2025. The doctor prescribed me medication for the flu and mentioned that the main medicine I needed was not available at your pharmacy, but I could find it at other pharmacies. Since then, I’ve visited 10 different pharmacies but haven’t been able to get all the prescribed medicines from one place. I’ve had to go to multiple locations, and even after all that effort, one of the medicines is unavailable across Qatar.

On February 16, 2025, I called your clinic to request a prescription change so I could find an alternative. I was informed that the doctor would be available between 5:00 and 7:00 PM, and a nurse would contact me. However, despite multiple follow-up calls, no one has reached out.

I am really unwell, and I’ve spent significant time and energy visiting pharmacies just to get the prescribed medications. If your clinic cannot handle a simple flu prescription, it raises concerns about how you would manage more complex cases. None of your staff has called me back or provided any information—they’ve simply ignored me.

I paid for a consultation that has ultimately been useless because I still don’t have the necessary medication. If you cannot provide adequate care to your patients, you shouldn’t continue operating as a healthcare center. I would not recommend your clinic to anyone, as it has been a deeply disappointing experience. This was my first...

Worst clinic ever. Please don’t go this place. Consultation fee was 40 riyal with co payment. It is too much. I have been to many clinics in Doha . I have never paid like this amount with co payment with alkoot.

First of all Waiting was so long. I don’t know why I am waiting for a long time even tho there are no patient. It was empty. I was the only one patient waiting for ultrasound .

I was not informed about payment of ultrasound first of all at 3rd floor reception. After waiting for 35 min for ultrasound I went to the ultrasound room but doctor was not available. Another 10 min waiting.

Nurse was asking me about the payment there in the room which costs 150 riyal with co payment. I was extremely shock. ( Is it on purpose that receptionist did not inform me about the ultrasound fee at reception but in the ultrasound room? I’m waiting for such a long time and you think that I would just get the ultrasound done with this cost? No way)

Other clinic it costs only 35 riyal max with co payment. Such a rip off this place!!!

Dr Boney is rude, very negative and sarcastic.

After this review I got a call from the ICON clinic 2 times. The call was about this review not the apologies. This is ridiculously funny situation right now.

I don’t recommend this place at all. Don’t waste of your time and money here.
