Don’t recommend for multiple reasons. Overall this place is overpriced for the poor level of quality and customer service they deliver. The receptionist/management team are unethical and do not care about new customers.

Breakdown by service -

Eyelash lift: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT go here. They over curled my lashes and then forced me to pay for the service even though I was not happy with the results. They told me to come back the next day for the lady to fix them and that I would “only leave happy”.

When I called my previous aesthetician crying, she advised against re-doing the lashes as the lashes can fall down from being over processed and that they clearly used rods which were too small. When I explained that to the salon receptionist on the phone she checked and also agreed with me that it would be risky to come back for another treatment to fix them. So they lied to be at the cashier to force me to pay for ruining my lashes. When I asked for a refund over the phone, ‘management’ asked me to come into the salon and then they asked me to email them for the refund. Essentially jerking me around.

The service is called lash lift not lash curl.

Hair mask - good quality scrub and they only use quality products, but I could have just bought these products myself and put the mask on my hair

Blow-dry - Avoid if you’re under the age of 40 years old. Old school hairdressers who use cheap hair tools that overheat. They charged me an extra 360 SAR to the hair mask I did and I left looking like my great aunt.

Pedi/mani - the only service I appreciated. The ladies were lovely (one named Mary), great quality polish and seating arrangement is comfortable.

After having been a long time customer, I started taking my daughter for her waxing appointments at this branch since last year. We used to appreciate the hygienic environment and my daughter was happy with the service overall. My recent experience has left me utterly disappointed and fuming, not at the unfortunate episode that happened, but because of the disgraceful attitude of the so called manager. Last Friday my daughter was severely bruised on the arm area due to forceful waxing, and when she complained to the esthetician that she was using too much force, she casually brushed it aside and continued without so much as an apology . How on earth do you not stop at that point and feel accountability for that?? When I spoke to the manager, she did apologize and appeared to understand and promised me that she will call me to follow up on the very SAME day and the spa manager would call me as well. Guess what, it’s been more than a week, and this is their commitment to customer care! Zero! None, no one bothered to call or care. I regret having given so much business to this spa and wish I had known how they really treat customers! My daughter was mentally scarred after the experience, and they didn’t care to honor their commitment or show empathy? Pros: reception staff are nice and booking process and payment was smooth ( you can book through the website and through dialing I did not try booking through the website though) Prices are average-to medium Massage was okay

Cons: The location is a bit far away, the spa is shared with salon so when you are going to the spa area you actually need to go through the noise and distraction of hair blowing etc, the elevator was very narrow and felt a bit suffocating, there was no cooling of time before entering into the massage room and arriving so it felt a bit rushed and more like an appointment than a relaxing experience. The lounge area is a bit small and there’s not enough oxygen, and the staff there were a bit loud. The massage specialist did not introduce herself and she spoke loudly not in a soft calm manner which is all about massage … she also felt a bit rushed and not calm during the massage which made it difficult to relax. She did not ask me about the oil smells preferences or explained the difference between the massages available, she did not cover my eyes, and again the transition to the lounge area was not nice. The disposable towels on the massage chair were very itchy and uncomfortable.
