It was a nice day with my kids till a small problem happened. It was the first time for us to be here and we are not familiar with the rules. I told the employees that this is my first time so if there is anything I should know then they will tell me. At the beginning they gave me the stickers when we enter the main I told them what should I do with these stickers and he said keep it with the kids! My kids (3yrs, 5yrs) have got the stickers and when they played they lost those stickers. I thought that’s fine it doesn’t matter. However, when we were going to leave, your employee asked me to show/give him the stickers to make sure the kids are my kids! I told him sorry I think we lost those stickers. He called the manager who said please show me any picture of them in you phone. If you do care about the kids then replace the stickers with anything else!! Or make sure the parents have to KEEP it with them till the end!! I was so happy but after this issue I hate Chuck e cheese. Please ensure your employees to inform the customers to KEEP THE STICKERS not to give it to your little kids. Never...
Read moreI recently visited Chuck E. Cheese at Exit 5, Riyadh, and overall, it was a fun experience for the whole family.
The place is very kid-friendly with lots of arcade games, rides, and small attractions for all ages. The atmosphere is lively and safe, and the prices for tokens are reasonable — you can easily spend a few hours here without breaking the budget.
One of the best parts of our visit was the amazing staff. I’d like to especially mention Rex, Lionel, and RR, Iverson and Devie — they were very accommodating, friendly, and made sure the kids were happy and safe. They helped with the games, kept the area clean, and made our experience smooth, especially during busy hours.

Read moreChuck e Cheese is an excellent place to have indoor activities with your family and children.
The place is secured, and the door is watched by a guard making sure the kids will leave only with their parents.
The games vary, targetting kids from 2 years old to teenagers.
They serve fast food (mainly Salad bar and Pizza), deserts (Donuts, cheesecake ), ice cream, and coffee.
Kids play using an electronic card which deducts the coins electronically and saves tickets to the card too. I miss the old style, when kids used to play with the coins and collect the tickets, it was fun putting the tickets into the machine to count them for you.
The staff are amiable and will offer help all the time.
The place is clean and tidy.
The only challenge will be the parking area; it...
