Harry Potter: A Riyadh Season Adventure — Attraction in Municipality of Al Shamal

It was very disappointing experience because the organization of this event is very weak. First of all - nowhere it was mentioned that you need to come exactly to your appointment time (like we booked the tickets and it was written 16.30-17.30, we thought that any time during this hour you can enter). You will be surprised if you come , for example, at 17.10 and they will tell you that you have only 20 min to be inside. It is ok if you HAD MENTIONED it before selling tickets that the time inside is limited. Because for Boulevard World you can come during this hour any time and stay there as much as you want. It it first .

Second of all - your stuff in the entrance of the boulevard city doesn’t know that event is there!!! We came around 17.00 (because it was Thursday and big traffic) and security guy told us - NO, THE EVENT IS IN BOULEVARD WORLD!!!We asked twice and he refused to let us come inside and sent us to World. Ok , that time there was nothing in Google maps and we believed and went to World. Again traffic, again difficulty on finding parking and in the entrance of Boulevard World they told us - NO, EVENT IS IN CITY!!! We run back , paid unnecessary 30 SAR for 10 min parking and went to City again. And when we arrived to Harry Potter entrance and it was 17.36. The guy said no, you can not come inside !!!! And our words that it is your staff mistake - no one listened or apologized!!! So at the end - having all this heavy traffic everywhere, paid - 120 for tickets and 30 for parking for NOTHING !!!!

Very disappointed and sad we went home with nothing!!!

Your organization is very weak and unprofessional!!! No normal information Staff is rude and unprofessional No apologies, no changing tickets because it is your mistake - NOTHING !!!!

And it is not the first Harry Potter place which we visited - before we went to LA Universal Studios and the organization and place is amazing.

And we sent a complain to webook website asking them to change the tickets to another date or refund the money - they answered that nothing is possible!!! Although it was totally your mistake that this is happened!!!
