Espa is a very relaxing spa. A spa for pampering. Their products are special and of beatiful scent. The therapists and treatments are great. The swimming pool temperature and relaxing seats are comfortably warm. The amenities and washrooms are very hygenic and clean. There's a relaxing area with water and light bites to relax in between services. The manicure pedicure relaxing massage chair is the best in Riyadh, hands down. The service is usually private in a comfortable room and TV. The facials aren't the best, if you're aiming for deep cleaning, this isn't your place. The massage and Hammam are very relaxing and pampering but you need to sign a waiver for Moroccan scrub. The spa doesn't offer warm drinks in the lounge area automatically, you have to request from the reception.

The receptionists change very often. Some of the newly hired ladies aren't aware of the services or basic etiquettes of welcoming and dealing with customer, which could be off for new comers. The place atmosphere is relaxing, but the interior design is very outdated and uncomfortably dark in areas as the swimming pool. There's hardly any natural sunlight in the majority of floors. Expected more from a “luxury spa”

Cons: Cleanliness of the facilities: Shower rooms still had towels and robe on the floors Not a luxury experience: Upon asking for an extra towel i was told i only get what’s in my locker, no extra towels would be provided. Every spa offers extra fresh towels upon request and at pool side. It was a major disappointment having to wait for my massage appointment in a wet robe. A personal opinion: i did not like the ambiance of the place, the decor was outdated especially the lighting and wall decor at the pool. The post massage relaxing area seats are not comfortable.

Place 8/10 Unless u have a private suite spa then its a 10/10 If ur not doing all that vavoom,then normal massage room could be better as the normal rooms felt like a clinic more than a place to relax. But the lounge area was 10/10 Snacks 6/10 would be nicer to have fresh fruits and more healthy options rather than just nuts felt like a hamster.

Price is well it’s expensive but hey its alfaisalia so what do u really expect? 😂 but hey no regrets here.
