The Mandarin Lounge ذا ماندارين لاونج — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

I have visited this location on my birthday for an afternoon tea or as they call it high tea, i reserved for 3 but they only served me with one person menu but I won’t complain about it because the portions were huge and all 3 of us were stuffed full and had some food to go. The server was really nice and came back to check on us and refreshed our teapot multiple times and asked if everything is okay. AND THEY SERVED REAL CLOTTED CREAM WITH THE BEST SCONES.

So overall it was nice the only problem is there were no one at the reception and we tried to talk to someone to no avail the reception guy was careless and didn’t do his job instead he was taking to a women on the side outside of his position all the time. And when the server helped us she didn’t provide a reserved table instead just an empty one.

My critique is your place is amazing. Your service is great but just pay attention to little details and make people feel special. when they reserve you provide the whole reservation service because you already take the name and number and all the information that you need…. just make sure to apply it when the person does actually arrive, that there is a table waiting for them with their name and reservation information and stuff to...

Our arrival at the hotel was slightly delayed due to a missed entrance, but the warm welcome in the lobby quickly made up for it.
