We told the waiter he ignore the issue and he laughed sarcastically😡 seriously drinks without straw In downtown you find much better places and service will be much more pleasant restaurants The music was so loud that you couldn't even have a conversation with the person next to you. We went to so many french restaurants in France and some here in riyadh but this place doesn’t meet at all the values of the beautiful french cuisine. Can you imagine 🍞 complimentary table bread had to be asked for🤨 was warm from the top but it was stale and cold in the middle😮💨 You need magnifying lens to see your food and after spending nearly 4000sr here left resturant hungry😒
Never disappointed and disheartened this level from any restaurant in my whole life.
I think u don’t need moon wisdom to arrange your menu for this expensive so atleast your customer leave resturant without hunger.

Read moreThree stars flew away because of the receptionists! I’ve been at LPM Riyadh not once, nor twice, but multiple times. Yet, I keep encountering the same issue each time! They lake the know-how, and the ABCs of being a receptionist! They’re only trained to deal with inquiries by robotically answering it with: (I’m sorry, I cant help you) like hundred times! Two occasions (as a walk in guest) were specifically and badly remembered! The last one was on last Monday when we waited 45 mins to be inside an indoor table instead of setting in the walkway (multiple tables were free for period of time even after we done eating!) The receptionist in charge at that time was letting other walk-in people in, only because they were nagging for a period of time showing their objection to set in the walk-in area! when we saw that, we politely asked them to do the same with us! Yet, they kept lying that the previous groups did have confirmed booking! Shame! We heard the conversation, we witnessed the arguments! Shall we be nagy people to set inside the box? They kept robotically say (I’m sorry, I cant help you) like hundred times! Until we talked to a guy with a suit (the manager), who let us in within less than 3 mins! Bad experience keeps going until they learn how to properly interact with guests instead of being robots with one sentence...
