Zen Spa | زن سبا — Attraction in Municipality of Olaya

I had an amazing spa experience by my masseuse Nur, and such an outstanding hospitality by the receptionist with the short hair from the moment I entered Zen Spa. I had across with a small incident while in the spa, however, they were very professional and managed everything straight away and smooth.

However, I must highlight my experience with their manager named Haga. If was for her only, I’d not give even a 2 star. She is lacking of professionalism, hospitality, customer service in general, with a zero apologies from the incident, and only accusing the other staff in front of me when the incident happened, which made my experience bitter.

I think as a manager, the first thing you should do is to apologize your customer, and if they need to speak, do not speak in front of the customer, because I don’t need to be involved. Until the end of my stay at the spa, I haven’t heard zero apologies from the manager Haga, an only fake smile and a good bye.

I handed over to the manager Haga a cash tip for my masseuse Nur. However, after all this experience I even doubt if she really gave it to my masseuse or just kept it in her pocket… This is the moment which makes me realize how important it is a customer service, but specially...

This is my second time booking with the therapist “Benz” she is amazing and skilled. i’d highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for a de-stressed and most relaxing massage.

The massage table is very comfortable and of high quality. The second best part is the relaxing room after the massage session with the recliner chairs.

The staff including the receptionists are welcoming, so far i’ve tried nearly over ten spa places in Riyadh and this one is the best.
