Complaint About Spoiled Chicken and Unprofessional Customer Service,

Firstly, the chicken I purchased had a noticeably foul smell, indicating that it was spoiled or not stored properly. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices at your location.

Secondly, when I attempted to bring this issue to the attention of your staff, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner, which only made the experience more frustrating.

As a paying customer, I expect not only quality products but also respectful and courteous service. This incident has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen to other customers...
