I recently ordered a 5x5 patty burger along with Cajun fries for over 70 SAR, and I was utterly disappointed with what I received for the price. Having experienced many burgers and fries, this one easily ranks as the worst, especially considering the high cost. Everything from the fries, the bun, to the filling was subpar.

The bun appeared stale, cracking open as if it had been sitting for a day or two. It's unacceptable to charge such high prices without delivering fresh, high-quality ingredients. As for the filling, I was shocked to find no jalapeños or cheese between the patties. It was just five patties stacked together with a couple of pieces of lettuce and tomato. While the patty itself was decent, it tasted like something I could make at home—nothing special, certainly not worth the premium price.

I fail to understand why it's so difficult to perfect the single item on your menu when customers are paying for top-notch quality. The fries were also a huge letdown. From the very first bite, it was clear they weren’t cooked through, lacked crispiness, and did not have the quality one would expect for the price.

I would say that even Hamburgini tastes far better from this!

On top of that, their customer service is extremely disappointing. I attempted to contact them by email, as no contact number was provided, only to discover that the email address listed was incorrect. This demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. I also tried reaching out via direct message on Instagram and repeatedly called, yet received no response whatsoever. Their lack of manners and professional conduct is unacceptable. How is one supposed to contact them if they ignore all means of communication?
