Shrimp Zone | منطقة الجمبري — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Shrimp Zone, located in The View Mall in KSA. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by our server, Zaldy Estacio (as indicated on his nameplate). His attentiveness and care contributed significantly to our positive dining experience.

We ordered a generous serving of boiled mixed seafoods, prepared with garlic butter and Cajun flavors, along with an order of calamari and two servings of rice. We also enjoyed two rounds of Pepsi. The portions were quite substantial; we couldn't finish everything! The seafood was delicious, cooked perfectly, and the flavors were outstanding.

The restaurant's ambiance was lively and vibrant. The sight of everyone happily peeling shrimps and enjoying the delicious crabs created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.

We highly recommend Shrimp Zone for a delicious and memorable seafood dining experience and will definitely return soon! Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful evening!

I work with the Keeta Delivery app in Riyadh and recently visited this restaurant to pick up an order. Upon arrival, I was asked to sit in the rider's waiting area. While I was waiting, a staff member approached me and took my phone without asking. I thought he was checking the order number, but he opened Google Reviews instead and started trying to post something without my permission. When I asked him to at least give me a bottle of water before doing anything like that, he suddenly pushed me and told me to go away. His behavior was aggressive and extremely disrespectful. There were also a couple of senior staff members sitting nearby, and I told them what happened. But honestly, I was shocked. This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of humanity and basic morality. It felt like I wasn’t even being treated like a human being. In my opinion, these people are not just unprofessional—they lack basic manners and decency. I do not recommend this place at all. It's a terrible environment for both customers and delivery...

I liked their Cajun sauce and the size of the shrimps was amazing as well, unfortunately my experience with the services wasn't a good one, the waiter forgot our order and half of the order arrived, then we asked for the rest of the food and it took them ages to bring, we waited for 45 minutes, the other tall dark guy was very nice and trying to cover for his careless colleagues. I found the waiters standing near the kitchen boys and girl gossiping and making jokes. I am in full favor of having fun in workplace but not at the cost of services and customer's satisfaction, when a customer's order is missing no one gonna like this scene. I was surprised when they gave me the bill they included things they never brought, that was such a worse first and last experience. I don't blame these young waiters boys and girls, it is their manager's fault completely, because if he was competent he would have been attentive to this sort...
