Paul — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

I went to 'Paul' at The View Mall on Saturday with my husband for lunch, and this is not the first time we've visited. 'Paul' is usually one of our favorite restaurants, but this time was disappointing. Upon arrival, no one welcomed us until we called a waiter, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. We placed our order, but the food was delayed, and my husband finished his soup before I received my pasta. The most disappointing aspect was the plastic cups for soft drinks and water, which the waiter claimed were from the dishwasher. When we visited such a restaurant and paid an average of 80 SAR per person, it was disappointing to be served with plastic. Despite the friendly staff, I believe there might be a shortage of personnel.

After this negative experience, I initially hesitated to write a review. However, upon revisiting the same branch today, I encountered issues again—receiving bread without cutlery, having to request cutlery for my sandwich, and being served a soft drink in a paper cup. First I would like to thank Mr. Jojo for his amazing and friendly service. As our prophet peace be upon him said “Allah loves that if one of you does a job, he does it well” and he does it very well may allah bless him.

As for the food everything was really delicious we have Cesar salad, chicken cordon bleu, and ginger chicken cashew which as recommended by Mr. Jojo and it was very delicious if you like sweet food, only thing I would recommend is that you ask them to separate the rice because it gets really sweet if you don’t separate it.

They did serve our fresh drinks in plastic cups which was disappointing but it’s ok I hope they fix that soon.

I had a wonderful dinner with my wife at this restaurant, and I must say, the experience exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, each bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.

The service was outstanding, and I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Jojo, who did a tremendous job. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience.
