I booked a couple massage, and the experience was over all good. I would recommend, as we have a very limited options in Riyadh for couple massage and this could be the best in town so far. The ambiance is excellent and the privacy is very good. • The staff were professional and very welcoming. • The massage room are spacious and clean • The masseuse were experienced and very good. • Music is peaceful, but limited verity • Unfortunately, there was no option to select scents for aroma therapy massage. The oil used almost fragrance free, and was not warm. • The online Reservation did not allow to fill the form for the +1 guest, only the main guest. it took 5 min for my husband to fill when we arrived at the spa. • There was a miscommunication about pricing and not mentioned in the website. There are 2 options for the couple massage. Around 1250/person for the 90 min massage only. The other package include a private suite and a jacuzzi. I may try that in my next visit. The room looked very nice and relaxing. • the couples massage is a signature massage only (relaxing massage) and no option to choose the type of massage. • Sauna and steam room were complimentary, but it’s separate from the massage area (in the male and female spa separately). • We were offered a complimentary tea at the end of the massage which was nice. However, tea options are limited. It would be nice to have relaxing tea options like homemade ginger tea, like in the other spas. • the spa enterance has a VIP parking (not shaded thu) and it’s not the same as the hotel. It has a separate enterance next to the back enterance...

I recently visited the St. Regis Resort in Riyadh, which is renowned for its luxury. I would like to share my experience in detail: Positives: The overall luxury and ambiance of the resort were truly impressive. The massage session was wonderful, thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the therapist, Ari. The relaxation area was beautiful and serene. The facility’s modern design added to the experience.

Areas for Improvement: The entrance to the resort was unclear and poorly designed. There was no visible sign or any architectural indication that a luxury resort was located there, which made it confusing and underwhelming upon arrival. The jacuzzi was only lukewarm, at room temperature, rather than being hot or cold as it should be, rendering it ineffective for relaxation. The wardrobe locker malfunctioned and trapped my personal belongings inside, I had to wait a long time until the staff were able to unlock it(After finishing the massage session )This delay forced me to use the resort’s products instead of my own, which unfortunately caused severe dryness to my hair and body. Most concerningly, there were numerous flying insects inside the shower area, which was shocking and raised serious concerns about the resort’s cleanliness. I attempted to send pictures documenting this issue to the resort’s official email, but my emails were rejected.

Considering the high price I paid for this experience, I cannot say it was satisfactory. I would not repeat the visit nor would I recommend the resort to my friends. Sadly, it was a...

Ok so I have a good part where the 4 stars come in and a bad part where the missing star comes.

I’ll start with the bad part:

This was my first time visiting the Spa and honestly it was painful getting to the Spa. The entrance was clear but the man at the reception didn’t know anything at all. He asked me where I was going (even though it was the Spa’s entrance), and I told him the Spa. So he directed me to the second floor. He opened the elevator for me and when I got in, I couldn’t press the second floor. I went out to ask him and he wasn’t even there. Kept looking around and found him outside. Told him the button isn’t working, he said, do you have a key? I said no I don’t. He then said that he doesn’t have a key and he doesn’t know how to operate it and that I should go the hotel and ask them. It was really frustrating. Long story short, the man at the hotel reception, thankfully took me back to the same place I was in and told me that the Spa is in LG floor not the second:). I spent 15 minutes just trying to get the Spa because the man in the entrance knew absolutely nothing:)

Now to the good part:

Amazing work, the receptionist, the therapist, the atmosphere, the massage, the body scrub and the facial was all exceptional.

I’ve tried many Spas before, inside the kingdom and out, and without a doubt, this is one of the best. My therapist was Sulis and she was just amazing. I feel very relaxed and my skin never felt better. Absolutely worth the money.

One additional point: they do validate parking.

Will definitely be visiting...
