I was born and raised in Subotica, and Palic is like 15 minutes drive away from the city center. Palic is a beautiful place to enjoy and go-to during the spring and summer festivals. It's a good get away and clear your mind kind of place. The only shame is just a fact that the water is not recommended for swimming, but there are pools by the lake to enjoy a hot summer day. If you come over to this part of a word, I'd recommend you to go and visit the Zoo (you won't regret it). There are many options of restaurants "Carde" close by, and wine fields that are offering diverse tour options. Subotica and Palic are very popular biking places, so you have an option to rent a bike and ride around the coust.
