We stayed at this hotel in early January 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.||Apartments:| • Upon arrival, we discovered that the phone in our apartment wasn’t working. It was impossible to contact anyone, including reception.| • The safe didn’t work either. Later, we found out that it actually worked but only with a key, which we had to carry around all the time. This is the first time I’ve encountered something like this — why not just put batteries in the safe? It makes no sense.| • Behind our apartment, there was a pile of garbage stored in boxes.| • The apartment itself was in terrible condition: old and worn-out furniture, dirty bed linen, stained blankets, and no duvet covers. Despite repeatedly asking the cleaning staff for duvet covers, nothing was done.| • The Wi-Fi was terrible and didn’t work throughout the apartment.| • The microwave display was broken.||Hotel Grounds:| • The territory is huge but very disorganized. There is no central street, and all the buildings, rooms, and beaches are scattered randomly, making it extremely hard to navigate. It’s very easy to get lost.| • Each room is provided with a golf cart, which is convenient for moving around the property. However, if you want to leave the hotel, you’re required to park the cart in a paid underground parking lot. So, every day, you either have to pay just to park the cart or walk on foot.| • There’s a large parking lot near the shop and restaurant complex, but it’s not for guests. It’s always empty, but if you try to park there, you’ll be asked to leave.||Other:| • Prices for everything are very high.| • The service is completely nonexistent.||Conclusion: Extremely expensive with no service at all.
