We stayed at this hotel in early January 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.||Apartments:| • Upon arrival, we discovered that the phone in our apartment wasn’t working. It was impossible to contact anyone, including reception.| • The safe didn’t work either. Later, we found out that it actually worked but only with a key, which we had to carry around all the time. This is the first time I’ve encountered something like this — why not just put batteries in the safe? It makes no sense.| • Behind our apartment, there was a pile of garbage stored in boxes.| • The apartment itself was in terrible condition: old and worn-out furniture, dirty bed linen, stained blankets, and no duvet covers. Despite repeatedly asking the cleaning staff for duvet covers, nothing was done.| • The Wi-Fi was terrible and didn’t work throughout the apartment.| • The microwave display was broken.||Hotel Grounds:| • The territory is huge but very disorganized. There is no central street, and all the buildings, rooms, and beaches are scattered randomly, making it extremely hard to navigate. It’s very easy to get lost.| • Each room is provided with a golf cart, which is convenient for moving around the property. However, if you want to leave the hotel, you’re required to park the cart in a paid underground parking lot. So, every day, you either have to pay just to park the cart or walk on foot.| • There’s a large parking lot near the shop and restaurant complex, but it’s not for guests. It’s always empty, but if you try to park there, you’ll be asked to leave.||Other:| • Prices for everything are very high.| • The service is completely nonexistent.||Conclusion: Extremely expensive with no service at all. I do not...

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Was well fitted out, a good size, clean and with views over the marina. The use of the golf cart to get around is great. Its a very nice area, gardens are well maintained and the beaches are usually empty, which is good as they dont have many sunbeds on them,if any at all. The pools,3 of them, aren't massive but do allow you to do a few lengths, could do with a little tlc and again, there isn't much in the way of seating around them. Only thing missing when we were there was some sort of bar to go get a drink or snack from during the day.

Excellent location and lovely rooms. I booked this for after a sailing trip to have a washer and dryer in room. I was surprised at how nice the facilities and my room were. There is a grocery store within walking distance and the whole island is very walkable to multiple pools and beaches. The rooms also come with a golf cart to drive around the island. The front staff were wonderful and let me stay for a late check out for my flight and helped with a key situation that was my fault without any complaints. Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Well decorated apartments in a little heaven. They give you buggies to move around Eden island, and they’re very useful and also fun to drive. Eden has a few private beaches, pools (basically only used by children), a gym, some bars and restaurants, and a grocery store in the mall (everything in the mall and grocery store is dangerously expensive 🤷🏻‍♀️) The only bad thing is the wifi, it’s painfully slow and pretty much useless - you can barely send texts, forget about pictures
