A malay n Indian reception at Yuhua CC counter changed my views of the CC. Helpful and keen. I have got very poor experience @ boon lay CC just 2 months ago. When I walked in to the office to enquire some information. They are chatting with each other. I stood there for almost 3mins and one of the lady ask, " looking for what." That's quite a bad start i guess to me personally. I start to ask if the CC are able to help with the Gov payout as I am not sure. My answer was, " Go social service, here CC." I continue to ask ,is there any programme or help from the CC I can apply for like assistance. Her answer was " I told you liao, you want you go social service.
