Veveričí park — Attraction in Štrba

I want to share my family's experience with Veverici park in Strbske Pleso because we had a really great experience. I have a 7 year old special needs daughter who has difficulties with verbal communication, emotional regulation, and physical coordination. Her symptoms are generally mild enough that the general public often doesn't realize her challenges at first glance, but they become more obvious with extended time with her. To be honest, I did not think that a ropes course and zip lines were things that my daughter would be able to participate in. However, this course and the team that ran it were perfect for facilitating her successful participation. The young men who work at the center kindly helped and encouraged my daughter to successfully complete the course, have fun in the process, and develop a sense of accomplishment when she overcame her struggles in the course. The young men working the center were very patient and kind. I think this will be a core memory for our daughter and will help her in the future gain confidence that she has successfully done difficult, intimidating things. Instructors were nice, main instructor and cashier was little bit arrogant and few obstacles were not in the good and very safe (on platforms 3 people can stand and wait, but even when we were 2 I was not feeling safe and it was not even windy). Dátum návštevy 28.6.2022. Veľmi pozitívne hodnotíme toto miesto. Liezť sme boli 19 ľudí z 1.A triedy (SPgŠ Levoča). Na začiatku boli baby ktoré mali strach ísť liezť ale po vypočutí a následných informáciách a ukážke sa báť prestali. Naozaj kvalifikovaný, milý a starostlivý personál. Išli sme na veľký okruh ktorý sme si všetci užili a veľa z nás prekonalo svoje hranice na úkor tejto adrenalínovej zábavy - a neľutovali to. Naozaj všimli sme si že pre personál bolo najpodstatnejšie naše zdravie a bezpečie, preto nám správne zapínanie kontrolovali dvakrát. Mali sme taktiež 2 karabínky pre zvýšenú bezpečnosť a vysielačku pre spojenie sa so základňou. Naozaj podarená vec - najlepšia pre školské...
