Terramystica Adventures — Attraction in Bovec

Really Lovely food, staff, and a Cozy friendly bar! I have eaten both the breakfast and Main Pad Thai dishes at Terramystica Bar but will focus this review on the main evening dish which I have returned to eat a few times! Located close to the main centre of Bovec this is a really awesome Bar / Restaurant. Cozy inside but comfortable with lots of nice pictures and slogans and a mix of very nice chill music and at times some nice more up-tempo music to listen to in the background. Definitely a cool "Vibe" to the bar. Equal to this all the staff are all lovely and super friendly with nice greetings, helpful when ordering and kind and friendly. I really enjoyed the Pad Thai dish in Terramystica. The portion size is very generous for the price, very tasty, I like so much so I have returned to have this dish multiple times!!! I also enjoy the atmosphere also and usually buy one of there very tasty Watermelon juices to refresh also during the current hot Summer days in Bovec. I have only ever had a great time at this bar / restaurant during my multiple visits and would highly recommend for the very tasty food, chill atmosphere and lovely staff. Upon entering the restaurant during a thunderstorm, I nodded, smiled, and quietly greeted the waitress with “hello”. It seems she did not hear my greeting, and rather rudely replied “it is nice to say hello first” and stared at me. This comment was said with a tone of attitude and disdain. I understand that she values manners but the way in which I was addressed was rude and unapologetic. We were told the restaurant was not serving food at that moment and as we left she stared at me as I left the restaurant with a rude and unkind look on her face. I am a young girl and felt somewhat intimidated, I am ALWAYS polite to restaurant staff as I have worked in hospitality before and know it can be tough, and find this attitude both unprofessional and immature. Viaje organizado a Eslovenia desde España. NEGOCIO NO RECOMENDABLE Y DESPRECIABLE El día 18-6-25 fuimos 5 personas (en una parada rápida del autocar) al bar TERRAMYSTICA ADVENTURES (BOVEC) pedimos 4 cafés y 1 refresco, llegó más gente y no nos servían, le dijimos a la camarera (la única amable) que teníamos que irnos, salió una sra. que con muy malas formas y amenazas diciendo que teníamos que abonar lo pedido y NO SERVIDO. De repente apareció la consumición (2 cafés solos, 2 cafés con leche, el refresco lo pagaron y se llevó la lata y 2 cafés en vaso para llevar) le dije que me cobrara el resto (680 €). Cuando llegamos al autocar estaba un sr. discutiendo con nuestra guía por una consumición que NO se había pagado (2 cafés y un refresco 13 €) pagó el chofer pues el sr. amenazaba con llamar a la policía y no nos podíamos ir. Después mire el tiket de lo que pagué y vi que sólo había 2 cafés (6,80 €) cuando le había dicho que cobrara el resto de la consumición) 2 cafés solos ........6,80 1 refresco.............. 2,80 Factura que trajo el sr. 2 cafés con leche y (1 refresco "ya abonado")....13 € TOTAL de lo pagado 22,60 € RESUMIENDO, QUE LOS RESPONSABLES DE DICHO NEGOCIO SON MALEDUCADOS, CON MUY MALAS FORMAS Y UNOS ESTAFADORES.

Entiendo que el sr. Peter contesté a mi reseña y quiero decir que lo único que dice en verdad (fuimos al baño) Ocupamos 1 mesa, fuimos de lo más discreto y educados. El lío lo armó la sra. que apareció cuando ya no podíamos esperar más y dijo que teníamos que pagar (LO NO SERVIDO) Me gustaría saber de que eran los 13 € que según el sr. Peter debíamos. También le quería decir al sr. PETER que nuestra consumición le salió bien pues por 4 cafés y 1 refresco pagamos 22,60 € Enhorabuena sr. Peter El sr. Peter hace referencia a la forma de pago (ASI QUE NUESTRA CAMARERA SE CONFUNDIO) Me está dando la razón cuando yo digo que me cobrara el resto y que el refresco ya estaba abonado, me cobró 6,80 € y yo ni me imaginaba que esa cantidad era por 2 cafés únicamente. Sr. Peter, actuaron muy mal y tienen que reconocerlo.
