I had the absolute pleasure of meeting two of the wonderful people working at the Postojna Tourist Information Centre. They were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Both of the lovely ladies I met went above and beyond to help me, providing great information about the town, nearby sights, walking trails, restaurant recommendations, and other local attractions. They even helped me out by providing phone numbers for local taxi companies so I could arrange a taxi from my accommodation to the train station for an early train out of Postojna. I genuinely don't think I've ever had such a positive, pleasant experience at a tourist office...
