My Name is Janine Fisher I am so upset and very disappointed about my experience at the go carts today. I went on Saturday they informed me it fully booked untill 4. I said ok no problem can I make a booking for tomorrow. The 14th of January 2024 which is today we got there just before 13:00 our booking time we waited until 13:20 there were people that didn't make bookings but we're assisted.

OK my son and his friend were then called and the drove but from the beginning these other kids that were there without bookings and without parents were there and bullying my kids and bumping them they are literally just going after them to bump them. I went to the assistants and said to them please man look at the kids. But he said yes my kids can't drive but I always take them to the kyalami raceway go carts at R55 and when the go carts used to be at china mall in Zambezi. So the assistant said I must ask for the security footage he went to the office and came out and all of a sudden the footage is not available. I really didn't aspect that they will have this racist behavior towards innocent kids because the were the only no white kids but our money don't have colour. I am so upset because of the people running the go cards they must atleast then put a sign there whites only. And after we left because I told them to stop the drive ten minutes or so before the lapse was finish and those kids were laughing and making fun of the bullying.

I am not just going to leave it there I even told them to take a Pic of my number plate and I told them my name.

Convenient mall... stores have improved and there is entertainment , a ninja place (sort of like Bounce but without the trampolines) &theres a game arcade … still the crime is alarming . Phones get pick pocketed (this has happened to me 3 times now in Kollenade , once out of my jersey , secondly in Ackermans (lady bumped me from behind while i was looking at clothing with my bag zipped closed when i turned around she had my phone in her hand , third time was in PnP , stolen out of my moms trolly out of my bag that was also zipped closed , wanted to take a pic of my outfit and my phone was gone … someone in store called my phone and it was ringing under a pile of t-shirts at the bottom) had we not realised this sooner it would have been gone probably . The time at Ackermans when I caught the lady , police got to kollenade and said that I should give in my phone as evidence (we all know after a traumatic event as such one would not want to give your phone away again in this country…so i refused) and they let her go 🤬 . All in all just ALWAYS stay super vigilant of your bags even if they are zipped closed , this does not stop the pick pocketer’s . If someone bumps you make sure you still have all your...

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! It's the middle of summer, and no air conditioning that works. Most of the machines to pay for parking does not work, firstly they say you have to go to the parking office if you want to pay with card, but even cash was an issue. (And we walked all the way from Entrance 2 to FNB to draw cash, and when we came back, we had to wait for 15 minutes in the queue, and then the machine did not want to accept our newly drawb R50). Out of 3 machines, only one worked, and everyone trying to pay couldn't , the car guard had to help the people to pay, because there was a crazy queue. The floors inside the mall are disgustingly dirty. (On the other floor, some were totally not working, and other pay points only had 1, but no card payments).Kolonade used to be a good mall, but now it is utterly disgusting and a waste of time.
