Wakita Spur — Restaurant in Gauteng

This establishment ruined my birthday. My mom and I visited this establishment for a take away meal because it was sunday and we didn't want a certain shop to close before we could purchase some items she needed. We explained this to the waiter and he advised us to order , go to the shop and return to fetch our take away bag. When I returned to Spur to fetch my order , I found it in a Checkers trolley. This surprised me because I had never ordered takeaways from Spur before but I didn't expect them to be sitting next to the door in a checkers trolley. My second surprise came when I opened my cheddermelt schnitzel (something I've ordered countless times at Spur in the past) to see a piece of burnt and dry American Cheese floating (unattached) on top of the schnitzel. Upon tasting the schnitzel, I found it was dry and flavorless , so I cooked soup to try and salvage it , we can't throw away food. Following my half homemade meal I thought I should finish the vegetables and add the sauce. I hadn't opened the sauce because I had had to make a different meal with the chicken (I made soup) so there was no need for a mushroom flavour. I opened the mushroom sauce and was greeted by a beautiful piece of hair. At first I thought I was mistaken about what it was until I pulled out my torch and inspected closely. I thought the schnitzel had made my day bad but the hair was just the appropriately disgusting cherry on top. I only wonder how many food violations this Spur is committing and whether I will be in hospital for food poisoning in some hours. Fingers crossed . Lots of parking and parking for disable people and easy to get in and out of the store and into the SPUR . Staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. The tables are clean and the whole place smells great and fresh. You don't have to wait very long for your food. The food melts in your mouth and is very tasty. Makes your mouth water for more. Toilets are clean and fresh and in the SPUR not fare from where you are seated. Also easy for disable people to move in and out of the toilets. Staff is very helpful and you can understand them well. Had cleaners after eating. The place is modern and very cool wilth aircon blowing. We really enjoyed eating there. There is a play area for the kids and have TV screens so you can watch the children while you are eating. There's staff that keeps the children busy and is safe for them to play and you can eat without to worry about them. All kinds of drinks and are licensed to sell liquor. I am very unhappy with the waiter and management. First, we walked in, the lady behind the counter was very nice and greeted us politely, but then the waiter was starring at us. Not really sure what he was waiting for until I asked for a table. When we ordered he wasn't sure about the sauses of the food my fiance was ordering. For starters we ordered crumbed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks. That was nice until the main dish arrived. I ordered a double mushroom burger. The mushroom sauce had hair in it, at the bottom of the bowl, after I spread it on my burger. I called the manager and a lady came to our table. I showed her the 2 strands of hair, and she said that mushrooms have hair, so they get a lot of complaints about it... Are you serious?? Where on earth do mushrooms have hair like...
