The manager and his staff members are so rude and very unprofessional. I went there to get an Ice for 14,90 and then after paying I realized that I paid R19,90. I quickly asked the lady assisting to cancel the ice and then she said unfortunately she has already prepared the ice cream, I sincerely apologized to her. I asked her that since the money went through I can just topped it up by 10rand and get a burger 🍔 for 29 she called the manager and he came and called me sesi and said that he can't help me because I'm wasting their time and resources and I apologized to him and suggested the same thing he then started yelling at me and cursing 🤬 on me and told me get out of his store. I called the customer serious and the person who assisted me was calm and understanding and asked me to go back and get the ice cream that I want or topped up the way I wanted, when I arrived still the manager gave me the time and continued to yell at me infront of the customers while staff members laugh at me. The worst experience ever. Ordered a huge meal, 30 burgers and 5 Large chips. Out of the huge order, I asked for ONE of the burgers to be a veggie burger. They assured me I would have the veggie burger. On collection of the order, I asked again if my veggie burger is in the order, and was assured it was there. On arrival at the resort (5 miles away, I tried to locate the veggie burger, and it was nowhere to be seen. I slept on an empty stomach that day. Steers is always good but was disappointed. Ordered a steers original burger for my daughter. Single rack of ribs for hubby. Ribster burger for my son. And a green salad for myself.
