Food was great but I guess I went during the worst period of the year for Panarottis. I waited so long for my drink and food. My waitress was serving so many tables at once I Felt overlooked. I asked for more serviettes and it never came i now know that i need to carry wipes for my toddler for inconveniences like this. I was there with my four-year-old and you will know that they get very agitated when they’re hungry so that made my experience worse on top of that she got the order wrong and instead of me paying 264 for ribs and chicken wings I had to pay R50 more because she forgot to add the wings and then she asked for a tip I couldn’t give her the tip because I had to pay more already I went on the 23rd of December 2024 I don’t know if I’ll ever go again because that was very terrible and I don’t want to go through that again hopefully this will help them to improve for 2025 and all the other...

Been going to this Panarottis for 4 months now. We moved to Sinoville, so Kolonade Centre is now close by.
We Had one bad experience one morning in Des. 2019.
We complained. The Manager was very grateful for us making him aware of how disappointed we are with the service.
He gave us free drinks and 20% discount on our bill. Together with the R100 voucher we had on our cards.
We paid R100 for everything that day.
That included 4 PIZZA breakfasts. One cappuccino, one coke zero and one koffee.
Together with 3 complimentary cappuccinos.
Now every time we visit. We get a personal welcome from the Manager and Favorite waiter gets to serve us.
I'm really Satisfied with the client service.
