When I heard that Little B's Bubble Tea made vegan milk bubble tea, I was very excited to pay them a visit. The day after having what they claimed to be a "vegan beverage" I became very sick. I'm allergic to dairy, especially milk powder and I am a vegan. They told me that because they used almond milk it was vegan but the powders they put in the tea have COW'S MILK. I phoned them to notify them. I told them what they had done to me, but I asked them just to make sure it doesn't happen in the future to other vegans. I know that it's hard for vegans to find places we can trust to give us food that is, in fact, vegan. They took my call, apologized and promised to call me back. They didn't. But I left it there. Today I was told that there was another branch of this company a little bit closer to where I stay. So I drive out there and I see the sign that says "vegan". Not "these are our vegan options: A, B, C...". Just: "vegan". So what is vegan then? I asked the person working there and he proceeded to list all the flavors but he seemed very unsure when answering my questions. Eventually I asked him if he wouldn't mind please allowing me to read the ingredients on one of the packets of powder that he listed as vegan. It had COW'S MILK listed under allergens. I just left. I wasted my time and my petrol. This is FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION and it is ILLEGAL. How dare you claim to sell one thing and then give people products that make them sick?? Alongside that, it is not at all your employees who are at fault but YOU. EDUCATE THEM. Make them aware of what is in the products so they can further YOUR business. You are negligent and you clearly don't care for the health of your customers, as long as you keep them unaware of what's in the products they are paying you money for. I think I know now what the "B" stands for.

I've been here thrice now and have received lovely service. Some of the newer staff may have a bit of a language barrier in explaining the difference between milk based and water based tea when you first try the place but the senior staff seem to have a good grasp and can explain well. The tea is delicious and reasonably priced for the novelty items. Will definitely be back and hope the team go onwards and upwards in making this cute spot the place to be.

Went into this experience skeptical because I had previously tasted homemade bubble tea but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. We tried both water based and milk teas and they were exceptional 🎉. The staff were very friendly and they have a nice loyalty/rewards card so will definitely be going back.

This is my second order from Little B’s and I’m just not incredibly satisfied with their service and products. My last order did not contain all the items stated in the description of the combo, and I was told they’d send them - still haven’t received anything. The order arrived a mess, the bag of tapiocas opened in the box and they were scattered everywhere, more were crushed than usable. But the times I have ordered, it took a few weeks to deliver. This was mainly due to a product being out of stock and the website not informing me before purchasing. I also think that they’re incredibly overpriced. However, their communication is good and they reply fairly fast if you have a question. I believe I’ve just been waiting with bated breath and have given up on nagging them to send me the rest of the order. If I could give any suggestions, please ensure better packing of products and add VAT to the price of item/combo so customers aren’t disappointed when checking out and seeing the VAT added on top! I’m sure your stall is lovely, but it would be wonderful if you could put that same amount of effort into your online store and sending...
