Seokdang Museum, Dong-a University — Attraction in Busan

동아대학교 석당박물관 2009년 5월 역사적으로 의미 있는 건축물에 박물관이 개관하였다. 일제시대로부터 시작하고 한국전쟁 등 많은 이야기를 담고 있는 공간이다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은, 박물관주변의 신축건물들이 주변 마을과 박물관을 배려하고있지 않는다는 점이다.

One disappointment is that the new buildings around the museum do not consider the surrounding villages and museums.

The building is nice, with a significant history during the Korean War, but the museum itself is quite mediocre. If you do not speak Korean, the visit is rather pointless because of the lack of information given in English. At least there is no...

토성역 2번 출구에서 약 350미터 직진하면 동서대학교 부민캠퍼스 입구 중앙에 자리잡고 있다. 석당박물관건물은 1925년 경남도청으로 사용하다가 6.25때는 임시수도정부청사로 이후 경남도청, 부산지방법원,검찰청 청사로 사용하다가 2002년에 동아대학교에서 매입하여 2009년부터 박물관으로 활용하고 있다. 석당박물관은 부산에서 가장 많은 국가지정문화재를 보유하고 있으, 소장품의 수준과 가치 또한 매우 뛰어나다고 한다. 국보로 지정된 심지백 개국원종공신녹권과 동궐도를 비롯하여 보물, 국가민속문화재, 부산광역시 유형문화재 등 석기시대 유물부터 조선시대 유물까지 우리나라 전 시대의 다양한 유물 3만여점이 전시 되어있다. 토성역 근처에는 감천문화마을, 임시수도기념관 등 다양한 볼거리가 있으니 자녀들과...
