A Must-Visit for Contemporary Art Lovers: Incheon Art Platform Delivers Two Outstanding Exhibitions
I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Incheon Art Platform on March 6, 2025, and was thoroughly impressed by the two incredible exhibitions on display. Both galleries offered distinct yet equally compelling experiences, making my visit truly memorable.
The first exhibition, "Nocturama: Valentin's Axe", showcases over 60 new collage paintings by artist Yeom Ji-hee, inspired by literature, philosophy, personal experiences, and dreams. The exhibition transforms the gallery into a theatrical stage, using illusory images to explore the coexistence of reality and fiction, life and death. The work itself is outstanding, but what really elevated the experience was the impeccable presentation. The lighting design, in particular, deserves a special mention—it truly brought the pieces to life, enhancing their depth and impact in a way that was both subtle and powerful. The entire exhibition felt thoughtfully curated, and every detail was executed to perfection. Huge congratulations to everyone involved—this is a must-see!
The second exhibition, "When a Typhoon Passes Over the Island", was an entirely different yet equally engaging experience. It was fantastic to see two such distinct exhibitions in one visit, each offering something unique while maintaining the high artistic and curatorial standards that define Incheon Art Platform.
The space itself is a joy to explore, and it is evident that great care is taken to ensure that the artwork is presented in the best possible way. If you're in Incheon and have even the slightest interest in contemporary art, this is a must-visit destination. I can't...

Because of this, it also means that there is little for the average traveler who wishes to take photos with sculptures or large artworks. Nonetheless, it is a bucket-list location for art lovers who wish to appreciate artworks of...
