Pot-R — Restaurant in Incheon

A very amazing little cafe. I was quite excited to come here as the photos I've seen of the red bean bingsu here have been so mouthwatering and I was right! First, you head to the back to order and once you collect, you are free to sit down in any of the free seats. My friend and I opted for the window seats as it just looked so pretty. The owner was a really sweet lady as well and helped us to carry our order to the sliding door which I appreciated as we were a bit of a mess ;w;

The red bean bingsu was the highlight of visiting here! At first, I thought it was just red bean and the rice cake on top, but once you dig inside, there's milk shavings and injeolmi powder which was just so exciting!! It is so good and I wish I could go back to try the red bean porridge. Maybe one day when I go back! Please don't miss...
