Sochang Experience Hall — Attraction in Incheon

We had such a lovely time at the Sochang Experience Hall near Seoul! Even though we arrived just half an hour before the staff’s lunch break, they warmly welcomed us and immediately added us to the handkerchief stamping class. Came here on a Saturday as part of our Klook Incheon One Day Tour.

Spent about 20 minutes enjoying some hot tea before trying the handkerchief stamping experience in another room. It was a simple activity but a fun way to make a handmade souvenir, especially for someone who enjoys crafts. All materials were provided, and no guidance was really needed. The Sochang Experience Center on Ganghwa Island, Incheon, offers a unique handkerchief making experience.

‘Sochang’ is a type of cotton fabric used in the activity. We used stamps to print our designs onto the handkerchief.

The center is a remodeled textile factory and full of enriching history tied to Korea’s textile industry of old.
