I love Korean museums and historical tourist attractions. Many of them are free or very wallet-friendly (as this one was) This was billed as the Jeju folklore museum and told the tale of the origins of the people who inhabited the island. There's a terrific 4D video in various languages this is well-made and very entertaining. A room is set up for visitors to dress up in scholar's robes for a photograph in a study as it might have looked in ancient times. The museum is set smack in the middle of commercial and residential buildings and is an oasis of calm and greenery in what might otherwise be a concrete jungle The many old trees provide shade and a pretty sight. The buildings are well maintained and the exhibits well displayed with decent information boards. The toilet facilities are clean and well maintained. The museum is quite easily accessible by bus. But taxis on Jeju are affordable,
