As most of the reviews show, the meeting point was in the middle of nowhere and very difficult to find. We didn’t receive any Google location point prior to the booking - we had to do the research ourself. The customer service was the WORST I’ve ever experienced in ALL of Europe. This business is literally a money making scheme - once they get your money, you’re pushed to the back of their priority list. They cramped about 12 of us on the boat till we were shoulder to shoulder, thigh to thigh. We were only up in the air for approx 10 minutes but the entire boat ride was about 1 hour+. The guys on the boat were great and gave everyone a lovely time, but the overall experience and customer service before/after have been horrendous.
Now, here’s where it gets worse. Firstly, the “professional images” that we paid for were absolutely trash. You couldn’t see anything in them and they most definitely were not high resolution - you’re basically better off to go on google and take random pictures and say it’s you because you really couldn’t see anything in them! Secondly, the staff did NOT clarify that the images are only available for 5 days following the parasailing experience. I had not saved all the images so once I tried to revisit the link after my holiday, the link was dysfunctional and no images were left to view. I had raised this issue with them and all they done was advised me that I now cannot access the images and there’s no way of getting them back.
I disputed this entire situation with them as it was unfair that we weren’t informed about this. We went back and fourth for a while (which was mainly me repeatedly chasing them as they were very dismissive and did not reply) and then they agreed to give me a refund. Once I provided my UK bank details, IBAN and PayPal details, they had either blocked my email address or changed their email address - either way, after having chased this up 5+ times since May, they have now just chosen to ignore me purely because they have already gotten my money and so they don’t care about providing any additional support.
One of the incompetent and dismissive staff I dealt with was Lolo.
Anyways, do NOT waste your time and money on this scam company. The experience was good but not worth the rubbish...

I'm sure it's fun if you actually get to go out, but there's a chance they just totally mess you about and you never do. Given there are loads of other companies offering this service, why risk it?
I made a reservation on their website for 5.30pm on a Saturday. This was the last slot of the day that had availability. After making my booking, someone called me to ask if i could come at 4pm. I was not able to so I asked if they could return my money so I could book with another company. The lady said she would double check with her colleagues if 5.30pm worked and she called me back 30 minutes later asking what the earliest time I could do was. We agreed on 5pm -- which I could just about make work.
I came at 5pm but the boat wasn't there -- just the lady who I spoke with on the phone. After waiting around for about 40 minutes (there's no seating or shade), the boat showed up and the guy running it said he couldn't take me out because there was 'no wind'. He said it wasn't possible to do it and we should do it tomorrow morning, on the Sunday, at 1030am (the wind on Sunday morning was forecast to be exactly the same as it was at 530pm on the Saturday but i agreed to return).
I showed up at 1020am on the Sunday to be told there was a problem and that they could not contact the guy with the boat. I had already told them that I had to finish by 1130am (as I needed to check out of my hotel). They told me we just had to wait 30/40 minutes and maybe the guy would show up... Why didn't they think to call me ahead of time and let me know there was a problem?!
I asked for my money back which they said would be returned to my card. If it doesn't return in a few days I will dispute the charge. Despite a nice chat with the lady while I was waiting on Saturday afternoon, this was a total waste of my time. The guy who was running the boat was unapologetic, and the lack of consideration towards a paying customer was unprofessional. The whole thing took up more than 3 hours of my time (walking down there and back twice, waiting around, booking, etc.) and annoyingly, i never got to go parasailing.

I went there during Holy Week. It was supposed to be my birthday gift for myself but my experience was unpleasant.
First, I scheduled parasailing activity at 1pm. I was on my way to the site when I received a message at 12:38pm from them asking me to go there at 1.30pm instead because they were still accommodating another group of clients who was doing flying fish. When I arrived at 1:30pm, they told me that the boat wasn't there yet. I waited for another 36 minutes until the boat arrived. It finally arrived at 2:06pm.
In their official website, it's said that the flight is 15 minutes but my flight only lasted 10 minutes in total. I observed that they were well-trained but during that time, I guess everyone was hurrying because it was already lunch time.
I also rented their GoPro to take videos. They were the ones to provide the memory card to give to the client. After using the device, there was an SD error. I informed the staff about it. She said there should be nothing wrong with it but I should contact them if there's any problem. So I tried to open it with the laptop and tablet but the card was already corrupted. I even asked a specialist to recover the files but I couldn't. I could only recover the thumbnails of the videos.
I reported the corrupted SD card to them. I provided them the proof and indication that it was corrupted. They told me that they would reimburse the payment for GoPro. It took them two weeks to reimburse the money. I had to send them follow-ups every 2-3 days to ask about it. They would reply but they gave a lot of reasons why they couldn't reimburse...
