I never write reviews, but this one is needed. Our visit to this ice cream shop was honestly disappointing. The woman behind the counter was incredibly unfriendly—when my son asked to try the three flavors he was considering, she actually rolled her eyes at us. Seriously? It’s ice cream, not a military drill.

She was clearly rushing us because there were other customers waiting, but my daughter had already received her scoop and we were just trying to finalize the rest of the order. I told her she could help the next guests first, but instead of being kind or professional, she huffed, rolled her eyes and turned away.

A second woman stepped in and, unfortunately, was just as cold and impatient. No smiles, no warmth—just vibes like serving ice cream was the worst part of their day.

To top it all off, the portions were tiny for the price. An ice cream shop should feel joyful and fun, but this one just felt tense and unwelcoming. Won’t be...

Awful service. Not only you wait for a very long time to order but then they take their time to bring your order. The smoothie with milk was cut with water, the biscuits were dry, the cappuccino was a ristretto (had to ask the waiter if this was a joke before she accepted to add more than 2 drops of coffee in the cup). Perfect place to stop during a walk and enjoy a cup of coffee with a beautiful view of the palm trees, the promenade, and the marina.
