Marmarela — Local services in Alicante

Pésima experiencia en Marmarela. Fuimos de despedida, y como no contratamos la cena con ellos, que por cierto iba a ser una estafa total, no nos dejaron entrar. Trato muy decepcionante, discriminatorio, falta de profesionalidad. Diría que MALtrato. Además, se negaban a darme una hoja de reclamaciones, que es derecho de todo consumidor. Como negocio enfocado a la satisfacción del cliente, al ocio y a la diversión, les doy un 0.

I write this in English for the tourists that might want to go there. It is true that the emplacement is really good. You even probably receive a good treat, at least I hope so. But this place is a kind of a scam. It is really expensive, but I would be willing to pay that much, if they were really professionals and they treated everyone equally. But they decide wether you got into the place or not according to your outfit and your appearance. There is a lack of professionality and modesty. They did not let us got into the disco because we were wearing caps (we were in hen party) but we had spoken the week before with them, they told us to go there dressed up... so they lied us and then they tried to...

A promising place, but service and organization are a nightmare

I went to this place with a group of friends, hoping to have a good time. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by terrible service and organization.

The place itself is nice and has a lot of potential, but the way it's managed is completely off. We paid for a table, but when we arrived, we found out that the sofas were wet and impossible to use. The person in charge told us it was "okay" to sit on the wet sofas, which was completely unacceptable.

The bar service was also very poor and unprofessional. The security guards were rude and unprofessional, creating a tense and unpleasant atmosphere.

What's even more surprising is that we were practically the only customers in the room, with only two other tables occupied out of a capacity of at least 35 tables. This clearly shows that the problem doesn't come from the crowd, but rather from the management and...

Awful experience. Worst club and vip I have ever been. Staff was arrogant since the beggining and very unprofessional and conflictive.

We had a reservation and paid 405€ upfront through their website. The girl at the entrance door didn't had us on the list and despite showing them screenshots with the booking confirmation, they were confronting and barely trusting us.

Although overpriced, we ordered a few champagne bottles during the night but we had to continuously go after the waiters to remind them to bring what we had already ordered...

Vip tables are ridiculously small and uncomfortable. It was half empty but felt packed, to the point that the things we ordered didn't fit in the table and had to place them on the floor.

This place has a lot of potential, but unfortunately is yet to be exploited. Lucky for them, there are no other clubs around. What we expected to be a wonderful night, turned out to be...
