Just stayed here for 2 weeks, the hotel it’s self is very modern and clean. Front desk staff are always welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are lovely and have great air-con! Only down fall is the balcony’s.. they are white with glass, the sun beats down on your balcony all day and you’ve got the hot air-con unit blowing hot air onto the balcony also, it then just becomes unbearable to sit on your balcony. I wouldn’t suggest coming here as a young couple.. no music around the pool, no entertainment at night & it’s quite a walk to find some entertainment. Some of the bar staff are pretty rude, thankfully Pablo was there to save the day! What an amazing guy! So nice, friendly and couldn’t do enough for the people staying at the hotel, I also recommend going bed & breakfast or above, just not self catering. As we we’re self catering there’s not much restaurants around to get a decent English breakfast in the mornings.. you have to walk quite far, which means we’re spending a lot of time out of the hotel getting breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel doesn’t have a lot on their snack menu for the people self catering. Apart from that the food in the hotel looked very good, always colourful and a massive selection of foods. The pool and sun loungers are good and spacious. Nobody fighting for sun loungers which is great! There’s plenty of space for everyone & your not all packed in like sardines.

Rooms were small and basic but very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. There were 2 adults and a 1 year old staying and a travel cot was provided. It would have been nice to be lower down rather than the 8th floor but 2 lifts meant that getting up and down was easy enough. The staff were the highlight of the hotel they were all friendly and couldn't do enough to help and I think they enjoyed making a fuss of our little boy as much as he enjoyed it! The 2 pools were never crowded and were at nice temperatures. They opened at 10am and shut at around 7.30pm. It would be nice if the pool opened a little earlier. There is an air conditioned gym on site which again was basic but well kitted out. The food at the hotel was buffet style and had the standard buffet options. There was a chef on the grill each night and this changed each night we were there. Plenty of choice for lunch and dinner. Again the only thing to improve would be that it would be nice if the orange juice and coffee were available for lunch and dinner and not just breakfast. The location is a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach and a similar distance to a local park. Transfer time from the airport would be around 20 to 30 minutes if it weren't for other drop offs. Best to note the hotel is at the top of an inclined road which may be hard work for some people but again not a major issue.

I was there in April 2022. The hotel is clean and the room I was in was basic. I was disappointed not to have a kettle with tea and coffee in it as it would have been nice to enjoy one on the balcony. But I understand some hotels don't offer this service. I was surprised to see the adds for the environment and my towels were changed too often. I stayed 4 nights and could have easily kept my towels throughout. I followed the instructions but noticed they had been changed regardless. I wish the walls were a bit thicker. The first two nights a group of youngsters less than considerate could be heard very distinctively from my room. And you could find a way to stop the doors banging. I enjoyed the buffet and with a good variety of food that allow us to try local delicacies. I ate so much. The drinks are affordable. I wish the pool was heated as it was impossible for me to set foot in it (way to cold). But is was nice to use the sunbeds at no extra cost. The gym was minimal but the equipment relatively new. It would be nice to add few mats to be able to do some stretches or a bit of yoga. Overall a good experience.

The staff is really nice and the food is great but we still can’t recommend it because of the paper thin walls. Nothing is really soundproof at any point. You can hear someone whispering through the door. I think it’s impossible to get a good night sleep at this hotel. We got super lucky with the top floor apartment (less street and swimming pool noises) and we still had two sleepless nights because of people talking at the balcony or just walking around. Can’t really imagine having loud, party neighbors. They clean the room everyday but very slightly. If you bring the sand to your room you will be walking on it for your whole stay. We loved the food and the kitchen staff. Highly recommend to clean your plates and glasses yourself from the table because the ladies really appreciate it and have enough work as it is. The location is not that great. If you are only looking for the beach and local stores it’s ok but cities near by have better touristic background and more entertainment.

Nice modern rooms, the view from the front rooms are lovely the room had great air conditioning and comfy beds the room has a little fridge to keep your drinks cold. The rooms don't have kettles I noticed a machine in reception selling water, hot drinks etc the hotel does not provide an iron for guests or have anywhere you can iron clothes. Bathrooms are a good size & come with free shower gel & shampoo there's a hairdryer in the bathroom you can hire beach towels for €20 they give you €16 back when you return them. The pool are is lovely it gets busy but there's loads of beds, the bar is reasonably priced & the drinks are good. The restaurant was typical buffet restaurant with a bit of everything. Location is really good for bonanza Square its a few mins walk away from loads of restaurants and 5 mins down a very steep hill to the beach. I got a taxi back up the Hull each night it was to warm to climb up every night.

The hotel corresponds rather to the standard of 3 and a half stars. The rooms are clean, but quite small - especially if you also have an extra bed. You can see that the hotel has been renovated. The rooms are well soundproofed relative to the other rooms, but you could hear noise from the hallway, especially the slamming of the doors of the surrounding rooms. Food good - unlike many other hotels, the food is spiced and tasty. We were given a small dinner when we arrived late (evening flight), even though it was after the hotel restaurant opening hours. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The children's pool was not cleaned and was cold. The beach near the hotel (about half a mile) was nice. There is a paid parking area with a barrier at the hotel, but there is a small unpaid parking area right outside the hotel entrance.
